I have noticed that most LDS men seemed to peak out shortly before or after marriage. All they talk about happened at least 40 or 50 years ago. Kind of sad. But weirder is the fact that they seems to feel their vastly outdated experience app,Ives and holds true today. Very strange.

I'm thinking it's because males in the church, or rather any adolescent or teenager cause females can be included, are required to not talk with females (or males - if female and straight), especially on mormon missions, and so if those who do follow those rules of not dating or being sexual with anyone, like Tanner sounds to have done, then these people do not know how to socialize with the opposite sex due to no experience in that area.
