Idk if she's happy she's happy but it really seems like she wanted to keep dancing but her culture pressured her out of it. Choice is an illusion for Mormon women.

Why are people hating on this girl --who cares what she does--Most people are unhappy with their lives.. Live your own life..I am not a fan of procreating life by any means. I say get some plants versus making babies--to each his own...Social media is bad nefarious..

@@megb683 She’s a ballerina who trained at Julliard. Julliard whose highly competitive ballet program accepts only 12 male and 12 female dancers a year.
The only people who get into it really want to be professionals. Her goal was to live in NYC and be a performer, she gave that up for her family.
For her birthday, she asked her billionaire husband for a trip to Greece…. he got her an apron. Looks like that billionaire money is paying for her room and board, but not much else.
      -
When she’s asked interview questions her husband has a tendency to jump in and answer for her, which is at least a little bit sketchy.
When her husband talks about what his life goals are and were, he’s very confident that he always wanted a very traditional family, a stay-at-home wife, and he still wants a bunch more kids (currently they have eight).
When Hannah talks about what her life goals are and were, It’s obvious she gave up her dream of being a professional ballerina at age 20 (before her brain was fully developed), and while she’s really hesitant to have more children, she seems unwilling to outright contradict her husband on anything he says.
      -
They don’t believe in using birth control, and the only time she got an epidural was when her husband was away for work.
As a family they’ve moved around for her husband’s career, they live on a farm because her husband wanted it, they don’t hire nannies because her husband disapproves.
She’s almost constantly pregnant, they don’t hire childcare, she makes all their meals from scratch….she doesn’t have time for a career. She married a billionaire, there’s probably a prenup in place, if they get divorced she’s likely screwed.
      --
We don’t actually know the full situation.
Best case scenario, she’s simply a tired mom who got herself way in over her head, she’s got a decent relationship with her husband, they both agree on ideals and it’s mostly cultural pressure keeping her stuck.
Worst case scenario, her husband is physically, emotionally, and financially abusive, he controls everything and she has no way out of the situation without becoming destitute. She can’t leave because she’s worried about what he’ll do to her and what will happen to the kids.
      --
You don’t have to feel sympathy for every person in a bad situation. I know that I tend to find it particularly difficult to feel bad for rich people. There’s a lot of terrible things going on in the world, and you or people you care about are probably dealing with personal hardships.
So, I don’t blame people for not caring about ballerina farm. But it’s silly to dismiss the idea that this woman might be trapped in a bad situation.
