    I do like the way you put your sponsor slots in. With the time lapse in the background, makes me stay engaged with the project while still seeing and hearing your sponsor spot.

    Suggestion: Put in how long it takes you to carry out these projects. I'd love to do this cyborg arm, for instance, but I'm wary of how long it would take me to do it.

    Now follow basically the same process but do it with sheet metal and appropriate tools for shaping sheet metal and you'll have a pretty close design process to what I did for my stainless armor you saw at maker faire. Great work Bob! I'm working on some steampunk cyborg costume ideas out here in Portland also.
