Wow, that's dedication. I can't believe you would cut your arm off to attach a cyborg arm for a video.
I like the idea of adding a cyborg arm to a stereotypical costume. I wanna be cyborg Elsa
I would really like to see a Evan Cybord Elsa.
You could throw in some electronics and have it automatically pick up stuff by voice. And drop it when you say, "Let it go"......

Suggestion: Put in how long it takes you to carry out these projects. I'd love to do this cyborg arm, for instance, but I'm wary of how long it would take me to do it.

Cool build mate. Glad you used E-L wire... because I got over excited and shouted "you could use EL wire!!" At the screen and scared my dog.
This is why I love your channel. The variety of projects you choose never ceases to amaze. Even if a particular project isn't in my wheelhouse (this one totally is!) I can still pull bits of knowledge from it.
Now follow basically the same process but do it with sheet metal and appropriate tools for shaping sheet metal and you'll have a pretty close design process to what I did for my stainless armor you saw at maker faire. Great work Bob! I'm working on some steampunk cyborg costume ideas out here in Portland also.
Love the idea of taking simple drawing and idea, and building an modifying as you go. It my favorite way to Make Stuff. Great video Bob!
Great video the punished props and evil Ted videos are awesome. I started watching them because of you saying something on the making it podcast. My sister goes to alot of cons and I am going to get her a bunch of foam and tools so she can start taking her cosplay to the next level.
