Searched for a while to figure out how to get my spout back in after ripping it out to clean it. You saved my water bottle good sir, and now it is super clean. Perfect video.
I just bought two of these 32oz Contigos with this flip top configuration and I would have thought twice if I had seen what a PIA these appear to be to clean. I usually just make a mild solution of Clorox and soak mine or place the top in the dishwasher which is recommended for my 24 oz unit.
I took the Nipple off my Contigo (regular one without straw) to clean it out and now I can't put it back on. I'm pressing it in at full force, but it's not going in. Any help?
Definitely a risk. It's a matter of which is more important, breaking it or cleaning it. You could run it under hot water to make the plastic more flexible. Other than that, it should pop out. Good luck!

Does anyone know if you can buy a replacement mouthpiece for this water-bottle? My kids chew and ruin them!
I am not aware of any being available, sorry.
Or just go to Walmart or any hardware store and or ebay/Amazon.com and buy an appropriate size triangle bit and open it up

We would deep clean them once a week or so.
I tried but can’t fix the suction after that 😅
That's the last part that I use the pliers for. The two plastic sections should "kiss".
Must have done it wrong as a tab broke as I was trying to pop the mouthpiece open.
