it should be a white bubble type hole. Sry for the bad camera recording. Recorded from my laptop was not able to show u sry. It should be white and right in front of the straw. tbh my bottle only has one white hole. hope this helps
yea i hate this design. i have the same issue too. i also hate it when i close it, it opens up slightly that water can leak into the bag. i hate when that happens so much!
i dont think your suppose to remove the rubbery parts, usually I just use baking soda and water to clean every week. then use a tooth pick or something like that for the rubbery parts. The only complaint about the water bottle I have is that it is hard to clean and its annoying especially when it is visibly dirty from the cap. hope this helps:)
remove the cap and check under mouth peice to see if anything is stuck. I remember a lemon seed was stuck in my mouth piece. Remove all the parts. Then try blowing into the mouth piece, if the air doesnt properly come out then theirs somthing stuck inside. Provide an update and let me know plz.
@@yonithan2456 not sure. I have never tried drinking sparkling water out of this bottle. It shouldn't leak in my opinion. I recommend not filling it up too much. Fill it like 80 percent to gurrantee no leakage
@@hamzamalick6787 just used a toothpick and worked like a charm! My sister cut the nib off the inside end which essentially does the same thing but I was scared of ruining the bottle so this felt a lot less riskier and worked perfectly. Thanks!
I just bought mine new and it did not suck at all from the mouth piece. I used the paperclip to poke down the mouth piece and it opened it up. It would appear it was sealed shut from manufacturing. I saw the silicone open up. Works great now! Thanks for the tips!

also you have to make sure the straw is tight otherwise the air left is what forces your cheeks

when i try to open my straw to drink, sometimes it hardens and it makes it hard to open my straw, idk if im the only one but its irritating me

try unscrewing the cap, and releasing the straw and unattaching it. perhaps. glad to help out if u can send more details.
