    I believe carbs shall be taken from our regional staple food ..it's doesn't matter how much or many times we take same food in a day...our regions/geography defines our dietary culture ..A punjabi can eat grains/millets/wheat two times a day but a bengali can't and shall not..that's how our DNA is evolved and works for us ....

      I gained around 12-13 kgs, nothing extraordinary. I think anybody can gain this much with training and nutrition.

    Best diet 👉🏼 Sab kuch khaao aur dabaa ke kasrat karo bass mujhey aur kuch nahi pataa.
    Eat everything and workout like a badass till you feel like you are gonna collapse, rest I don't know and don't wanna know 💪🏻
