Add these thinks in your diet
5 eggs after workout and after 1 hour shake of milk+cashew+Walnut+One spoon peanut butter+oats+one banana
This shake take two time one while sleeping after dinner . And two meals of roti chawal dahi
Avoid rice and dahi in dinner consume salad.
I bet your will see results within 3 to 4 months.
