    Sir my Q is whenever i take whey protein i feel pain in my kidneys, i don't have any problems in my kidneys before but when i started taking proteins i can feel pain in my kidneys what should i do should i stop taking protiens or should i continue?

    Add these thinks in your diet
    5 eggs after workout and after 1 hour shake of milk+cashew+Walnut+One spoon peanut butter+oats+one banana
    This shake take two time one while sleeping after dinner . And two meals of roti chawal dahi
    Avoid rice and dahi in dinner consume salad.
    I bet your will see results within 3 to 4 months.

      Bro if you are gaining than add one banana a spoon of peanut butter some cashew than it will be beneficial
      If you are on cutting than use skimmed milk i.e. do baar garam krke uski saari malaai utaar k
      Usme daliya bnaaao or ek teaspoon of peanut butter and Walnuts.
