Honestly, Daniel would have a higher quality of life in prison. 3 meals a day, a place to sleep, and a doctor to monitor his health is the best timeline he could possibly live.

He's damaged property at college campuses, raised his hands towards people like he was going to hit them, flipped tables and used racial insults in a panera bread, pulled the fire alarm at olive garden after arguing with the manager and cussing in front of children, dines and dashes, assaulted Bob at least 2x, - out of jail or not even taken to jail every single time. Threaten government buildings though? 7 federal charges and up to 60 years in prison. I live in Colorado and I have always dreaded encountering Daniel, especially if he came to my place of work.

The feds and any agency or employee of the government, does not care about you or me. They send us to die, while them and their families sit back and collect the rewards from our blood and hard work. As someone who was on probation for 3 years, I'm not surprised that Daniel is going to jail. Probation will give you just enough freedom, to f up and get yourself put away for a long time. The reason he was given so many chances, was probably so probation could get enough charges to put him away for a long time.
Small note Smokes, a "Flight risk" Isnt someone who is a danger on a plane. Its someone who is at risk of fleeing to avoid criminal charges.

A flight risk can be both, in Daniels case you are correct its because he can't leave the state but some people are classed as flight risks because of how much of a danger they are to others.

In Colorado the maximum for each terroristic threat is 100 years. HOWEVER. In Colorado, the average jail time for this crime is between three and six months. It depends on how able to carry out the threats he is. Everyone keeps saying he’s going away for a long time, I really hope these people consider 3-5 years a long time because it probably won’t be longer than that

Daniel does not deserve to ever get out of jail. He has proven time and time and time again to be very mentally unstable and incapable of being integrated into society or even taking good care of himself.
He never should have been dumped on the street to start with and that’s the real reason Bob is being investigated. Bob should have put Daniel into a group home or had him committed long before he lost control of him and if Bob didn’t want to do it then he shouldn’t have agreed to it before Daniel’s grandma died.
He should get out of jail, but he needs to be locked away in a mental facility without internet access.

Well, I read on the Larson Wiki that each charge has 10 years and a fine of 250 grand attached. If he gets hit with all 7, he's looking at not only 70 years in jail but over a million dollars in fines

13:30 "flight risk" is not a term for "a danger on an airplane" it means "this person is at risk of fleeing if they are allowed out on bail" as in, they are at risk of taking flight.

Lol they really don't do stuff like that. Our mental health system is fubar and insanity pleas got really kneecapped in the 80s. They don't care if you're mentally ill. If you're fit to stand trial (which a Grand Jury found enough evidence for charges) they you going to court and then you going to prison. Even if you're a pus or whatevs you can try for pc but you won't be alone anyways. Adseg can only keep you for so long at a time too so he's not going to have the best time.
Usually here in the US it takes a whole lot to get into a institution. Usually they let you sit in jail and go insane. The county jail where I live let's people die all the time in their cells
