I think guddis character is believeable. Being someone who has gone through hardships in life appearing vulnerable makes a person think of himself/herself even more vulnerable. So guddi tries to be jolly and tries not to even seem like a bechari, to someone who is in pain or in hardships such attitide often upholds the self esteem for the person himself/herself. And to point out when she is washing clothes she has this urge tp fight tai but she doesnt remembering her sister saying k paiso ki zaroorat hai. She has that all inside but she doesnt feel like showing it to the world. From that perspective it felt believeable to me.

In Kashf, kashf saw her first dream about her wedding with wajdan! First she saw herself as a bride then she saw zoya as a bride! That indicates that first wajdan gets married with kashf then he'll leave kashf and get married with zoya!!
Bikhray moti is heart breaking yet very important. We need such dramas to educate our people about such important taboo topics. About that guy who assaulted Janu, at first,yes, janu did hallucinate him but now he's actually working as a guard at his new school. He came to Karachi right after the incidence. The reason of showing this coincidence I guess is to give closure to what he did to Janu. He'd try and do that again because he escaped it once and his victim is scared of him but this time Aida will find out and get him punished (hopefully)!

Kashf is slipped from main track. Wajdan is so so annoying turns out to be a typical male. I mean he knew that she has dreams with some outcome. Instead of being her support he is just trying to control her as if he has bought her. So so frustrating to see kashf being controlled by her family and now by her hubby.
unpopular opinion : the girl who plays the role of joya in prem gali isnt performing well , her acting skills are just avg , considering the fact that she is cast opposite farhan saeed who performs comic roles exceptionally well .

Well, I have lived in a hostel for 12 years (AMU, Aligarh) and I have seen many con/ drama girls who portrayed themselves too perfect just like Guddi in Mushk. I knew a girl who was like Sonya Hussein in Saraab. Knew a girl like Nisha too!! I have so many stories so when I watch such characters on TV I find them familiar
Pausing the video on 14th min and commenting , Amna I think you have forgotten the episode where Raima gets married , Saifu comes in , talks to her about forgetting her past etc then holds her hand. She resists , and tries to take her hand out of his but he grips it tightly with a stern look on his face , all through that scene Raima has tears in her eyes while she struggles to release her hand from his. Scene ends. For me that was clear enough indication that he imposed himself on her without her will. She WAS sexually assaulted that night.

Muqaddar: Raima has accepted her fate because she is left with no option, but that doesn't indicate her love for Saif (filhaal). She is unhappily compromising with her husband because she is powerless in the situation. I'm assuming that now after getting pregnant she will fall in love with Saif which is VERY wrong. Raima should NEVER EVER love the person who kidnapped her and forced her to marry. Muqaddar is a very problematic drama. It is glorifying forced marriage and marital rape / sexual assault. Raima had to marry Saif because obviously she was threatened and left with no option. Saif forced her to have a physical relation with him right after their marriage. Now they are showing that how Raima is accepting everything that has been happening to her. That's so so problematic. This is definitely the real world story but the problem is they are showing an independent and strong woman accepting her fate and not even taking stand for herself and falling in love with the person who forced her to marry and then sexually assaulted her. So Amna, Muqaddar is not grey. It's problematic. Would appreciate if Hassan also watch Muqaddar so that we can have your opinion too
Yes and she keeps on talking to herself saying saif cares for her alot but woh dil mai nahi utarta. She keeps quiet each time saif asks her do u love me now... She changes the topic. Once she even said to herself if she won't fake it as a caring wife or she won't show him tht shez not showing efforts towards saif.. Then saif might even kill Haris.. Which he has warned raimaa countless times in the past... Ur right I agreeeeee
I respectfully disagree, in literally every episode since raima came to live with them, abeera and farkhunda have both multiple times offered to help her escape and obviously share her need to leave saif. The actual problem is that the writer can’t decide if she’s the helpless victim or the dutiful 2nd wife aiming to make space for herself in her husband’s life. Like raima u r not the only victim, farkhunda as the first wife has also been wronged. She should’ve sought their help to escape, I mean 3 women and the nephew can’t outwit 1 saif ur Rahman???
N. S. After watching this week's episode of Muqaddar I now understand your point of view and I totally agree with you. You're right Farkhunda and Abeera gave her the opportunity but she refused. I also agree that first wife, Farkhanda is also a sufferer. Unfortunately, the anger and frustration of first wife, Farkhunda is shown so negatively. I don't know who is the writer, but he definitely has a problematic mind.

Mushk is the best show of 2020 for me. The whole cast is awesome and the storytelling is highly engaging. Imran Ashraf is brilliant as an actor and writer. Momal Sheikh is absolutely amazing, so refreshing to watch her on screen..the Saturday shift is sensible.
ULFAT always wanted luxurious lifestyle and she is just happy seeing her dreams come true ....!! I dont understand why shafaq is getting jealous ....

I so agree with Aamna. Although I really like Mushk, the only element that bothers me is the unnecessarily complicated language. In Meray Paas Tum Ho, the language was enjoyable but here it feel they're trying too hard.

Just want to clarify one thing regarding Jalan. I don’t know if you guys know it or not, but religious or sharai talaq is nullified if given during pregnancy. Talaq does not happen if the wife is pregnant. So if they showed this, it is actually incorrect! The husband can actually go back to his wife, because the Talaq given during pregnancy is nullified. If he married the sister while being in Nikkah with other sister, that second Nikkah with the sister is nullified. They better clarify this in the future episodes, because whoever formulated the story, should have a better grip on the Islamic laws about Tallaq.

It was nice to meet Shahrukh the videographer executing everything from behind but coming back to Jalan Nadia Hussain yet again lit up the showwith her extra-ordinary performance.Meanwhile in Prem Gali it's still the same as before.There are a lot of options for Haute Gold but I would be waiting for the polls.
For Prem Gali, JAVED Shiekh will make an appearance so I assume that Shireen’s ex husband will be back in Joya’s life (saw glimpses of the OST). Not sure where they will take that track but hoping that they give a message of co parenting cause our society needs that kind of example.

I have noticed one thing...why our drama don't stick to it's main plot....!why our drama have useless plots...that really annoys me sometimes...in saraab it was suppose to be about schizophrenia but it ended up having wohi saas nand,sister rivalry thing...in kashf it was suppose to be about her dreams...but it again ended up in sister rivalry thing...if our drama try to create something new...but they always add there saas bahu,sister rivalry,shadi,bachay,how a women will save her house.....!matlb ajeeb!
