Douglas McMaster is a chef, an author, a presenter and the owner of Silo, the world’s first Zero Waste restaurant.
He wrote a book called Silo: This is not a cookbook. It’s an overview of a food system of the future, a system that already exists, as Silo.
He has also opened a Zero Waste Cooking School
