It's a little late in the year here in Kentucky to be putting any kind of mineral out but I've got a partial 5 gallon bucket mixed up right now getting ready to go out behind the house and pour it on a stump. And then I'm going to head to the deer stand on another part of the property our deer season is in full swing here now started September 3rd And I'm getting several true monster bucks on camera
Black magic has been my mineral material of choice for years and I've tried them all... It has a licorice scent and the deer hit it hard from April until September. I use it as an attractant to get them used to hanging by my hunting area.
Hello! First a big "Thank You"!!! Thank you so much for all your videos and all the time your taking to show us your cooking tricks. I learned a lot about "minerals" and specificaly when to use them. Can you explain or clarify that sometimes you use "Baking Soda" and other times "Washing soda" ? Why one Vs the other ? Great job!
I’m going to try some of your diy bait ideas. Use to see deer all the time but since the guy behind me sold his land I haven’t seen not one deer so why not try something new. Good ole corn just ant working no more lol😂
I love these bait and attractant videos. Always great content 👍

Is there a reason that this is more effective than a $12 mineral block (50 lbs.) at the farm store??
I can buy three and be set for a whole year.
Dry molasses at feed store
Also apple or strawberry jello is a super attractive smell
