    Use whatever salt you want, then add blue raspberry Jammer to just cover the salt instead of water. Add 4 packs of blue raspberry jello packs and let that sit for about a week or two to infuse the salt. Then place 4 packs of regular gelatin and 4 packs of Lime jello and use 4 32oz corn syrup and shake the crap out of it. I personally use a paint mixer on a drill. Then slowly add warm water to get the consistency you want. Let sit overnight, mix up again and pour over your stump. Sit back and watch your trail cam!

    Just pour the straight table salt on the stump. the rain and dew will let it soak into the stump and the deer will eat it. its the salt they crave during the spring and summer. it,s due to their diet they need the salt , but once their starts to change late summer they hardly hit the salt. at least in the north.

    Why would u want a deer to eat a stump

    • @NBWildman

      as long as the stump is soft and decaying, the roughage helps with digestion of the minerals

    • @NBWildman
      @NBWildman  Před rokem +1

      Why? It’s all natural. Sodium carbonate. If you look on the packages of almost all deer attractive products you will find it in the ingredients list

    • @tonyfrederick4038
      @tonyfrederick4038 Před rokem

      It is not a laundry detergent. Sodium bicarbonate is basically baking soda. It will neutralize the PH in soil, stumps, wood etc. and make it more palatable for the deer. If you do a side by side test, with and without the baking soda you will see a major difference in your test sites. Deep will paw and eat the dirt with the sodium bicarbonate twice as much as the site without it. some of the commercial deer mineral mixes also use soda ash to neutralize the soil.Good luck.

    Dish detergent? Are you trying to poison the deer

    • @NBWildman
      @NBWildman  Před 2 lety +2

      not dish detergent...laundry detergent and it's an all natural substance, it's pure sodium carbonate...or more commonly known as soda ash. it occurs in nature and deer use it to help digest mineral and aid in antler growth...
