If they are found guilty of anything its probably at a time where Guardiola ain't here anymore and major key players like KDB and Rodri are either moved on from city or retire, so they are in a rebuilding phase and not in contention of any major trophies during those seasons basically meaning the deductions will be meaningless.
It's quicker and easier to build a team in the premier League than it is in the lower leagues.
HH no one is accusing City of finacially doping, they are accusing that the contracts were false not that City was over evaluated or paid more than they should have been.
Man City accounts have been audited 5 times and they are clearn, its the innuendo that the funidng on the contracts with the sponsorships were from Mansour bank account not the sponsors themselves. This would not be considred a sporting advantage at all. Its a nothing burger that ahs nothing to do with football.
But from finacial side this would be a huge scandal that could if true collapse the entire auditioing world if parties are found guilty, but from a footballing sense its a irrelevant.

City have essentially been accused of financial doping via party related sponsors that have been inflated, dodgy contracts and fake sponsors/shell companies.
