Tuchel, Keyword Tuchel.... This guy wants Nagelsman the dude that was failing at Bayern. Fans are idiots... They'll be complaining in a few weeks after Nagelsman join.
What Tuchel accomplished even he could not sustain the next season. And what he accomplished has never been done since 1905 birth of this club. It is not the standard, it is the spike. We spike here n there but have lacked consistency for over a decade now.Dynasties are not built by swapping managers everyone season till something sticks and even then Tuchel got sacked for deteriorating football. There will be a time to sack Poch but I'm this moment I would give him till December and replace in January if we are all over the place again defensively. Injuries have not helped Poch either. Just like they didn't help in previous seasons. Club and players need some stability. Poch is not the final answer maybe but he is ok for an interim manager to hand off to a world class manager eventually when one is available and Chelsea are in UCL. Can Poch get this team to UCL next season will determine if he should stay past Jan '25. And even then, it remains a project, these players are growing into their roles. The football is still progressing as opposed to regressing as it was with Tuchel,Lamps and Potts before they got their sacks.

And of all the names you called only tuchel might be a workable solution but that means blowing up the entire team to fit his style. None else will work, sarri was at Chelsea and he was lost and no to Jose as much as he my manager of all time. As javin said you don't know what you gonna get from these other managers.

Sorry but under no circumstances do I want Jose back at Chelsea! There are parallels between this young squad and 2013 where we had a promising core of young players. Guess who was the one manager that ruined that? You think I’m trusting him with Willian Estevao, Kendry Paez, Lavia, Caicedo, Enzo, Jackson, and Palmer? Hell no!
