La liga always been a farmers league. Since 1950, Barca and Madrid have won 63/75 titles. Barca and Madrid have won 19 UCL, the rest of la liga have won 0. That league is Scottish league on steroids

Btw your point about the spread of money is VERY KEY! Coz other leagues the financial disparity is insane so naturally the resources are heavily skewed. But in the PL everybody is rich as hell and everybody can eat and spend what they want and as much as people wanna cry about spending and charges, their clubs have managed resources terribly whislt City have done their thing. Coz you have teams outspending City but not getting anywhere near the same results.

@@westq2 👊🏿🙏🏿 cheers! Coz yeah I'm not even a City fan but it always makes me laugh how much these clubs deflect. They need to fix up and do their part. Coz by allowing this free and open market and billionaires galore nobody can complain about restrictions or disparity the way that stuff maybe holds other leagues back which isn't a reality in the Prem so the various owners gotta hold blame for not being as good as City in the decision making department of things. Coz it's actually even funny that during the period that Man City have been rich they've been outspent by even Manchester United and yet Manchester United have nothing to show for all that spend.
But yeah it's even something I've chastised Bundesliga for coz even tho Bayern has a financial gap to everyone, the challengers mismanaged themselves so much to where it became easy for Bayern to just walk everyone coz you had Schalke self destructing you had Wolfsburg being inconsistent, Dortmund relying on youth teams etc so now that financial gap got compounded.
So I think a similar thing happened with City where the various poor decision making and leadership across the board allowed City's structure to run away despite everyone being able to match them on a spending aspect but not on a decision making and management aspect.
Apologies for the ramble btw 😅👊🏿, just annoys me to see so many fans groups in the PL blame everything under the sun except their owners and managers.

The premier league is fast tracking towards ending up in the same situation that Italy and Germany were for about 10 years with Juve and Bayern dominating year after year. City have now won 6 out of the last 7, Liverpool are most likely going to fall off for a while with Klopp leaving, and Arsenal have really been overperforming the past two seasons and I don't see that being a consistent trend. I think it's very likely we're going to end up with City winning the league again for the next 4-5 years as well.
That's the most stupid take I've ever seen. Arsenal have been getting stronger every damn year and the players are young as well as the manager. So they will challenge and might even win the title next year
