The most important thing when it comes to loosing fat is calorie, which is what everyone fail to mention. You could do these exercise everyday for 10 years but if you don't think about what you eat, it does not make much difference when it comes to loosing fat.
So what should we not eat during exercise?
Calories should come from protein and fat , less carbs for weight loss. Intermittent fasting gives the miraculous rrsult
These exercises will only help you to make strong abdominal muscles. You can not target a particular point for fat loss. All u need it to be in caloric deficit and do cardio.

@@charmingchandu5164 watch guru mann or yatender singh, jeet selal video. all i can tell u is u cant target a particular area in your body. they are good trainers and will also suggest diet plans. and dont take paid plans of insta influencers.

I'd like to tell that these exercises have really worked on me... All i did was having protein rich small portion of meals timely with these home workout and i lost 2 kgs in a month
Do these really reduce belly fat ? I have heard a lot that spot reduction doesn't work , nevertheless I am doing these daily along with some cardio like skipping
It won’t target belly fat. Sorry folks, that’s not how belly fat reduces. Calorie deficit combined with aerobic and strength training, especially lower body to fail is how you start with fat reduction. Belly fat will be the last to go, if at all depending on genetics. Your brain is programmed to hold on to the belly fat and will resist your attempts to burn it off as long as possible, so keep this in mind when committing to a dietary/workout routine.

Spot reduction is a myth.Calorie deficit is the most imp thing if u want those abs or to reduce belly fat .+ Add few core exercises, stay healthy xd.. 😊☺️

I saw these first in vds gym youtube channel. I tried these they look easy but they r really hard. My abdomen hurts a lot after i do these exercises.

So being in the fitness industry myself, I can assure you these exercises don't burn belly fat...these will make your core stronger but they will never burn enough calories to burn fat. Stronger core will result in more reps, agreed but doing only these will not really help.
(Edit) most of it is about discipline and diet.
Most of her followers are lazy house wives who Prefer her stupid tips for Fat loss instead of physical workout and she is ashamed to tell them that these tips will only help them to loose around 500gms of weight in 1 year hypothetically!

Ab workouts don't burn belly fat. They just build the ab muscles ( primarily rectus abdominis). If you want to burn fat you have to be in a calorie deficit. Eat less calories than you burn. These are good exercises but they are not going to help you lose fat whatsoever

If you have work throughout the day , do it in the morning , but in the evening doing these would be better
