Pro Tip: Use your first initial frame to make sure your material is straight !
Now the reason I do not care for MDF Is Its a very Tempermental material. It causes a LOT of soot. So any engravings need to be brushed out completely before painting or clear coat. It also doesn’t like to cut worth a hoot as its a dense material and causes a lot of smoke that de focuses your laser. You will have to do up to 3 Times the amount of passes. I realized I forgot to mention my go to clear coat! It’s water based Varathane “ Diamond Wood finish “ exterior clear 😁

I swear I had to sit on it to jam pack it that full lol!! To be honest my workspace at the moment looks like a bomb went off while I was getting ready for my last craft show ! :D I have now taken over an additional bedroom, my workshop with all my woodworking tools in the attic, plus my original converted bedroom. I hope to be working on a 2 tier table shortly to house both my expanded lasers, adding an additional desktop computer so I can run both independently and simultaneously. I have big dreams!! I'm currently getting ready for a Mothers Day Craft Show this weekend to bring the finances up to par with my dreams! :D
