    I just got a notification for a one time code for BING. A one time code is needed for each time YOU sign in to BING. It doesn't mean just a 1 time ever code. You must use YOUR e-mail address to join and sign in for the code to be sent to YOU and not use my e-mail address. 😉 It's free to join and create :)

      Could be a number of things. First check you have dynamic power selected and not constant power . It’s a common mistake. You may be going to high a power and to slow of speed. Do you have air assist and what type of machine and laser output do you have?

      You may have your number of lines set too high as well that can scorch out an image .

      @@disignscdn I'm very new to this but your video really helped me get onto lasergrbl thanks for that I'm not sure the watts air assist laser out put🥴 lol not sure where they might be but I have a Atomstack P7 laser engraving machine size 200*200mm

      @@redingslone Is Yours the M30 or M40 ? Both will come with a 4.5 watt to 5.5 watt output laser. Check your laser for an output sticker.
      Item model number: ATOMSTACK P7 M30
      Engraving area: 200*200mm
      Engraving materials: wood, bamboo, cardboard, plastic, leather, MDF, slate, lacquered metal, mirror stainless steel;
      Cutting material: cardboard, non-woven fabric, veneer, acrylic, some thin plastic board, sponge, MDF, leather;
      Electric power output: 30W
      **** Laser power output: 4.5-5.5W*****
      Wave Length: 445 ± 5nm
      Engraving accuracy: 0.01mm
      Focusing method: fixed focus laser, no need to focus
      from what I can tell it does not come with air assist. Air assist is an additional airline with air compressor / pump. I see it says it is a fixed focus , but it has an adjustment knob. If it was truly fixed, whatever you are engraving, it must sit on it / not be raised. But again it has a knob and comes with a black card that you will ( In lasergrbl ) turn on the laser ( focus button) and you will use the tiny black card under it to get it to the smallest finest dot. Maybe in some You-tube videos on the maker they will tell you an exact focus height range that then you can dial it in more precisely. Good Luck! :)

      @@redingslone the 1 video I just watched for it uses the black card. Put the card on top of what you are engraving then lower the laser with the knob till it is touching the card. Check out the Atomstack web site for recommended settings of speed and power for material. Lasergrbl may have some in the reference library ( click on the little book icon in the second dialogue box that pops up ) :)
