I have a problem, whenever I do a workout instead of losing fat I gain muscle and that is not my goal any ideas why this is happening?
I used to have this "problem", too. I say "problem" in quotation marks because it's not necessarily an issue...here's why:
When you work out, the goal should be to gain muscle. Muscle is what helps you burn more body fat in addition to making you stronger and able to work out more.
I believe your issue here is not that you're not losing fat while gaining muscle, but just that you're not losing fat, making it so you appear more bulky with the added muscle. Once you're able to lose the fat, that new, lean muscle will look amazing! 💪
Now to lose that fat, try looking at your diet and seeing how you can improve it. Most people can't lose fat if they're working out, but their diet isn't clean. Try to make sure you're staying low on the added sugar and eating lots of vegetables 🌿😊

These were not to hard but the after effect is... 😂 but after doing it 2 times it burned definitely recommend doing this 2-3 times

Mangel lower I’m curious too,, but most of the workouts she does on this video I’ve seen on other workouts for leg slimming, you should try Taylor R’s leg slimming, and The Better Us leg slimming workouts, The Better Us made a video where she talks about slimming legs not building muscles, since I’m not too sure if this workout helps gain muscle
