When Ralf talks about physicality, he means wingers that drop back to defend at full speed and back to attack at full speed, he means midfielders who are quick enough to put in the tackle or prevent a player from turning grab a ball and drive it themselves, he means defenders who don’t get left for dead and scare you in set pieces, if you can’t see that then you are too used to the premier league go watch the rest of the world, the premier is levels above them in physicality

If Premier is about physicality and Pace, Man City Should not be competing for top 4.
Except Sterling, Debryn & Walker, All Of them lacks pace and physicality, Most expecially Silva, Gundogan & Mahrez.
The point is, If a Player is technically good on the ball, You need less of Pace, Bernardo & David Silva are not physical, they are diminutive, short & Slow ,But Are Technically good on the ball, calm & Hard to disposses.
Pogba is a physical guy in reality but on field of play, He falls under light challenge, that bcoz He doesn't know what to do with the Ball, players who has purpose and abilities on the ball rarely falls, That's why Pogba & Bruno are not a true midfielder, They have zero skills as a 10, at best both of them are 8.

Outside of Fred our players don't actually take on players...you'll notice they do a little dribble to look like they want to attack then they regress, pass back and side pass to avoid opposition..the players that do this are Pogba, Sancho, Bruno, Shaw, Matic, Rashford, Martial, Varane, Dalot...that's most of the 1st team squad. Team statistics - individual player distance, team distance, work rate, aerial battles won, tackles and interceptions won, assists, crosses, shots, goals, combined play, set plays, etc. Errors, turnovers, tactical and positional awareness, game plan execution.
Coaches player selection - How many MU players are capable of playing for Klopp or Pep? How many will they want? How many will improve with either?
Failed managerial appointments and player selections - Van Gayl: youth but error prone and could not win, Moise: tentative/defensive/"Everton", Mourinho: defensive/dull/ostracized players, Ole: all over the place, not sure which team will show up, Ragnick: player position abilities, capabilities to play multiple positions, tactical and game awareness, diet, nutrition, exemplary behavior on/off the pitch, big game player, overcoming adversity, winning mentality, scoring late.

Get what Danny is saying and he's right but I think Ralph is saying there are players at United that don't want to change regardless of the manager hence why Ralph spoke about the DNA of the players

ManU Should have promoted Keiran McKenna to manager. He has taken on the Ipswich Town Job and done incredibly well. I know it was a risk. But he is young and hungry. Something like 11 clean sheets in 19 games, we just went on an 11 game unbeaten run. Maybe he has come here to gain experience as he is a Manchester united fan. Look out for Kieran McKenna everybody. He will be a top tier manager in 4 or 5 years.

the funny thing is that managers like pep or Klopp wouldn't even bat an eye lid at the majority of that Manchester untied team. Its all mindset and they don't have it
