Rashford will be the next lingard in a few years, English players with a bit of promise are blown out of proportion. They should consider themselves lucky that they are already on the books at a bigger club in the prem, cos if they’re not they’re in the transfer window at huge prices e.g grealish that they can’t justify immediately around a whole team of world class players. Some players like to be the best out of more average teams. Like lingard found at West Ham. Then play with freedom! Declan rice take note

They pay more attention to things like Tiktok, making up silly dances, and how they're perceived online than football, and until these little boys are replaced with characters with a warrior mentally, who are dominant in the dressing room - nothing will change

He fell off the selection map at United before he went on loan to West ham. Played well there because he had to thought he had proved a point then instead on his return to United Training and playing your way into the team he simply slipped back into his old ways.

Jesse needed to start playing at the start of the season when he was in form! He should have left UTD in the summer but at the same time he was lied to by Ole. He probably felt after what he did at West Ham he would be able to resurrect his career at the club he loves and spent his whole life. I'm not a UTD Fan but I can understand why he would want to stay at the time. I doubt it was about the money and quite frankly Simon always seems to want to bring up how much a player gets paid when there is a discrepancy and uses that to chastise and discredit them as people. He likes to bang on about player privileges when he himself lives an extremely privileged life. He talks about players the way he does because he failed in football at every attempt and they have succeeded. There are levels to this game and those at the highest level get paid the most money, that's how it works in all businesses.

Footballers currently, are pampered arseholes, you can give all the "blood, sweat and tears" in your efforts in professional football, but they will never have any meaning compared with everyone who has to give "blood, sweat and tears" just to be able to scrape by a living.
