Amy is genuinely evil. Imagine falsely accusing someone of such a heinous crime just to “fit in”.
This is the result of Feminism. Enjoy!
It’s people like her that need to be held accountable for the persons life afterwards and she needs to be thrown in prison for involuntary manslaughter
@@RamenSamurai2022 ????
@@RamenSamurai2022 feminism is the reason you’re alive. Enjoy!
@@RamenSamurai2022 uh. No. Feminism has nothing to do with someone falsely accusing someone of sa.
That “meow” cured my depression, cleared my skin, and paid off my student loans.
It gave me hope on life
amen it's a miracle 🙏
It cured my arthritis, found my long lost Father, and paid my car insurance
It cured my depression, made my anxiety disappear and and paid off my parents'debt
i have been cured
As someone who was actually SA'd in the past and was accused of lying, that story makes me so angry. That woman deserves to go to jail for what she did. She should've come out with the truth way before it ever got to that point. A man is dead because of her. Calling her a murderer is barely an exaggeration imo. At least manslaughter feels accurate to me.
It came off to me like she wanted to also say it happened to her as if it was an accomplishment like no it's a nightmare that never leaves you. And I'm positive if she had said that no I've never been essay to those girls more than likely would have said I'm glad I wouldn't wish this on anyone cuz I know I would I wouldn't want anyone to go through that
Even if it was just about wanting to fit in, I'm not condoning lying. That was a really stupid thing to do. But naming a person in her lie was absolutely crossing a line. She never had to accuse anyone. That was when it became criminal. It's so sad that even when he proved his innocence, no one would believe him. I wish he could've taken legal action instead of ending it. I almost did that myself when my situation happened and feel so lucky I didn't because things got so much better after that. But now he'll never have that chance.
The punishment for lying about SA should be equal to the punishment for SA.
@WorldTravel1518 Well idk about that... if we make lying a crime I think that's treading on some dangerous territory. A lie of that type definitely should warrant some kind of punishment but not the same as the actual act, and it should only be if it can be proven beyond any doubt, because if not, it would only discourage actual victims from coming out about it since many of them are accused of lying anyway.
@@SaruCharmed We've already made defamation a crime. And of course it needs to be proven to be a lie.
The stoner with a cat sounds like a really innocent person. And its cute how much he cares about Kevin
Story 3: Jesus Christ, OP should spread this to everyone, and I mean EVERYONE UNDER THE DAMN SUN. What she did is absolutely unforgivable.
however if this does get spread, since she was still considered an victim and people was overjoyed at an innocent man's death, they more than likely will still believe the girl who started it all rather than believing a man since men have a harder time gaining trust than women so sadly it would not go anywhere with how our world is right now

@@lugismansion2400 Remember, "Believe all women" unless they accuse [Insert any politician/public figure from your ideology/political team] then, defend, defend, defend till the cows come home.
Once again, I wish there was some form of Anti-Defamation ruling that requires the people who made the false accusation to Publicly apologize and directly spread the truth when it is so categorically proven to be a false accusation. Same should be done with News outlets. That way people can't lie and get away with it.
@@ked49 screenshots don’t work because people can easily say that you made a fake phone number and have the person’s number the same name as the person your trying to accuse(wether they are in the right or wrong) and will still believe the fake victim over the actual victim sure some people may change their views but based on people fricken CHEERING the poor guy’s suicide, I highly doubt these people will change their views

Im sorry but a stoner with a cat named Kevin seems so perfect
And also OP should have opened the door after knocking to let the cat in just to mess with his neighbor a little more
That would’ve been perfect, a little cruel but still funny.

Kevin as a pet name is bringing tears of laughter to my eyes
Man, I was SA’d as a kid and my brain locked the memory for 10 years. I KNOW it happened but I still have the fear in the back of my mind of “what if it’s a false memory, what if it didn’t actually happen?” I couldn’t even imagine actively falsely accusing a guy just to fit in. To be a woman who hasn’t experienced it is something to be celebrated. They’re the rare lucky ones.
Same here. Same fear. "What if it didn't really happen? I was little, maybe I don't remember it right? Maybe it's not as bad as I remember?" But there are still certain areas that, almost 30 years later, will trigger all the fear and memories if the wrong person accidentally touches (or worse purposefully gropes). My first inclination when I hear of an SA accusation is to believe that something happened, but it still needs to be verified. Which sucks because reliving it sucks, but since false accusations happen, verification must also happen.
Same. COCSA (child-on-child sa). For YEARS I was told I was being overdramatic and that it wasnt my abusers fault bc he was autistic. I cannot even imagine wanting that. I wouldn't wish that suffering on anyone. To fit in as well? Jesus.
@@Dickbooster I'm so sorry for you. I'll pray for you and i hope you get the justice you deserve.
Same, and I'm so sorry it happened to you too.
I have the same fear of a false memory. One of my friends and I were targeted in a home invasion when we were about 10-11 by a teenage boy who lived across the street. Even as kids we thought he was creepy. My friend's dad was gone for the day, so we locked the doors. Dude knocked and said he wanted to play with us. We said no and tried to close the door. He then forced his way into the house chasing us, trying to pull one of us. We got to the top of the stairs screaming, closed the door. As he tried to open the door and stuck his arm through, we both tackled the door as hard as we could, then push him down the stairs. My friend's uncle next door heard the commotion and saw the door open and went inside and chased him off. IDK if its real or fake. I only started to remember it after my dad had off hand mentioned the name of a pedo who had a thing for my sister had when she was 14-16. Im pretty sure it was the same guy. But its frustrating, I cant tell.
Mark's story makes my blood run cold. Not just from what happened to him, but how this could've easily happened to my best friend in college.
He had a girl accuse him of the same thing. Except he and I were studying for a test when it supposedly happened. And damn right I was vocal in defending him, being a victim of SA myself.
Don't worry though, my best friend is fine and has a family of his own. His children refer to me as their auntie.
And what happened to that girl? Did she at least suffered some consequences for her lies? I hope she did because otherwise, your friends life would've suffered a lot :(
@@alfredogm4148 Sadly as far as I know, nothing really happened with her. Only reason she spun that story was because her fiancé was the jealous type and kept demanding to know why she was hanging with my friend.
So... not a happy ending per se. Would've loved to have seen it bite her in the ass. But on the bright side, my friend is living a healthy and happy life. As he deserves to.
@@alfredogm4148they tend to never face consequences ever
Story 3 : I heard from a youtuber the following which would really well apply here.
"The apology must be as loud as the disrespect."
She took a life. Let her either publicly apologize or record it and blast it.
Excellent.
Even with doing that, would not be enough of what she did
No one ever reads the retraction, sadly. Mark will still be demonized by some people.
@@TheVampireAzriel Oh by that point, doing that doesn't matter anymore. Innocence won't bring the kid back.
But you can have her labeled a liar and a murderer.
@@TheVampireAzriel
The truth of her actions won’t bring Mark back but it could save someone if she attempts something like that again.
Mark can’t have any justice anymore but the truth may save someone else from being another victim of hers.
Story 3: That's strange behavior to me. She straight up lied and ruined a person's life into s*****e, and rather than admit to everyone, she picked the one person that knew it was false. Why? To avoid her own consequences?
And the fact that people STILL bullied and harassed Mark even after the allegations were proven false. I hate that. The blood is on everyone's hands (except OP and Mark's dad)
Yep.
Because her therapist told her to, and telling OP was the easiest way to follow through with that.
I think they need to find the friends of the girl who spread that ish. They are as much, even more guilty than the girl.
I really want the hear an update to that story. Mark needs his name to be cleared.
There was this kid coming out of high school with big football prospects. A classmate accused him of rape at the school. Her mother won a $2 million lawsuit against Los Angeles USD, the man did 6 years in prison before the girl and her mother admitted it was a lie. Honestly, if she hadn't gotten that money from LAUSD, no one would've ever cared he was innocent.
Bullying is bad enough already, but bullying someone anyway even if they are innocent? That's crossing the damn line for me.
I'd be willing to bet that Amy's sudden "remorse" coincides with statutes of limitations for filing a false police report.
Story 3: Amy ruined the life of OP's friend. What's stopping him from returning the favor?
Mark story:
“It would drag me down to the same level as her” no it wouldn’t. Because she *ACTUALLY DID IT.*
You *HAVE* to. You owe it to your friend to ruin this girl’s life like she did yours.
It would do the literal opposite
Amen
Yes, and do it super nova revenge style.
Screenshot and post it. Everywhere.
Last story: So according to some circles wearing red to a wedding signifies that you slept with the groom, so she's advertising to everyone that she is the ex wife. She knows what she did and reddit roasted her for it.
It does signify that
That's what I thought
@@jaclynrogers7940 I have worn red to a few weddings and I never heard about that. LolI just have a pretty red maxi dress that is great for multiple occasions lol

@@champslim It’s bright red like in the video. A burgundy or maroon or light red is fine.
What OP needs to do in the 3rd story is make a CZcams video, Twitter Video, EVERYTHING. Start the video off by reading Amy's messages. And then when OP is done reading the messages, tell the world the story of Mark. Don't ever let there be another Mark..
I genuinely hope Mark is doing better in Heaven right now, because he did not deserve the all the Harassment he got in life.
He is doing better in heaven
Me too. Fly high mark
Oh my god. Mark didn't deserve that. He didn't deserve any of that. The fact there was no evidence of what happened disgusts me. The fact that this kind of thing happens all the time is even worse.
She should be in jail for murder
Amy only apologized for herself. She should be in prison
Why would someone feel left out for not being sa'd? That's just a disgusting thought to begin with then you've got the rest, which is even worse
@@jacksonmartin7864, Amy wouldn't get charged for murder. Manslaughter, however is a different case
nobody deserved that
Wearing red to a wedding is supposed to mean that the person wearing red has slept with the groom.
The ex wearing a red dress is making the wedding about her, taking attention from the bride and snarking the groom.
Was looking for this xd
Exactly
Oh wow I did not know that
i'd like to imagine some guys convincing the best man to wear red as a prank, like "haha that means you slept with the groom!"
Oh shit....my favorite color is red and I wore it to a wedding before..I wasn't trying to do that nor did I even know the groom!!!!!!!
For the last story, I was originally on the mom's side, like the ex wife was invited, but once I heard Stephanie's side and saw the f u to the bride dress the ex wore I was livid on behalf of the bride. That was nothing but a power move to show everyone at the wedding that she had the husband first and obviously she's still the main character, talk about a real pick me.
3rd story: Depending on her age, I can understand how the peer pressure manipulated Amy, not that it absolves her. It just makes the story more tragic. Which is in line with what I wanted to say: I hold all of Amy's supporters equally accountable. Not only did they pursue vigilante justice with zero evidence, they continued to do so despite overwhelming contradictory evidence. I hold them equally accountable - in an ideal world they would be forced to do community service, mandatory therapy, something. They should not get off the hook either. EDIT: i just had another thought. Amy's lack of confession notwithstanding, if the system acknowledged that Mark was innocent, why were there no consequences for Amy? Though they cleared Mark, the system failed him.
While i think they're scum i would if in their position assuming Amy had given them no reason to distrust/disbelieve her i'd have probaly done the same... but the second i found out she'd been lying i would have gone scorced earth on her. Withe the no consequences for Amy at the time 2 major factors are at play fear of the feminist lobbies and one of the most coman reasons not to persue legal acusation is "so real victims arn't afaid to come forward, in fear of being prosececuted", the other factor is the police didn't prove she'd hadn't been assaulted just that Mark hadn't done it, so as far as their investigation is concerned (especialy with the feminist lobbies breathing down the necks) is that she WAS assaulted by an unkown 'John Doe', not that the assault didn't happen.
Unless you seriously believe a bunch of SA survivors were saying "You're not a REAL SA victim if you can't remember your assaulter's face and name because you were drugged" then no, peer pressure isn't an excuse. Because she didn't have to name ANYONE. She could have said she didn't know how, because it was dark, because he wore a mask, because she was drugged, or she simply had never met this person before. She could have said a fake name, she could have had it happen in another country. It's a lie, there are literally INFINITE other options when you're making it up. She CHOSE to not only name a real person, but one that was NEARBY. One that the people in that room could and DID easily interact with. She CHOSE not to set the record straight when she saw her lie was doing harm, she CHOSE to let her family waste money on a trial she KNEW was for nothing, and she CHOSE to not tell people to "let it go" after the trial was over.
She burned this man's life to the ground and can't be bothered to even give a spit to put out the embers after he's DEAD.
Let's do a little experiment: see how long it takes you to reply "I lied, mark is innocent" to me, because that's all it would have taken. She could have published the truth for the whole world to read *at any time she wanted* but didn't. She had to CHOOSE to keep living her lie every second of every day until he finally died.
For the last story, I remember reading the ex's side first and thought to myself, "The dress can't be that bad." Then I saw the dress.
I quickly changed my mind.
Funnily enough, wearing bright red to a wedding implies, rather scandalously, that the person slept with the groom. Which considering the fact that it’s the ex-wife of the groom makes the ex-wife WAY out of line
Same. Rebecca Rogers had it on her channel a couple days ago and when I saw the dress it was instant “bad apple”.
And everyone else was like "woah on the ex, woah on the ex"
Mrs Rodgers had this yesterday. Still agree Ex is the AH
Same, and I thought it was a bridesmaids dress at first, then saw the description. Amazing price for it tho.
With the story about Mark, I understand OP doesn’t want to stoop to Amy’s level, but I hope OP will reveal what Amy did to everyone. She doesn’t deserve to get away scot free with what she did. This also goes the same way with Mark’s disowned family, Amy’s boyfriend, and the other people who participated in making Mark feel worthless.
It's not even 'stooping to their level'. Amy and her friends spread lies with 0 proof. OP would be spreading the truth with proof if they recorded what Amy told them
but op didnt stoop to her level. stooping to her level would be lying about sa
Op wouldn't be stooping to her level by telling everyone the truth that's stupid he'd be doing the right thing by telling the truth mark deserves to have his name cleared even after his death.
But it isn't stooping to Amy's level. Amy is an amoral liar who destroyed a man to get 10 minutes of pity from a bunch of college girls at a party. OP would be clearing Mark's name definitively AND serving a measure of justice to Amy.
@@jiogcyihsugyiocjfdoivhphvw6821 I know it isn’t stopping to Amy’s level but that’s how OP phased it in the post. I completely agree that the truth needs to come out and it’s not stopping to her level, it’s justice.
I have never genuinely wished for someone to unalive such a gruesome and painful unalivement as I wish upon Amy right now. She not only murdered him, she murdered his memory, his legacy. His own mother didn't mourn. I hope the guilt eats her alive and she meets the same fate that Mark did
The OP from the second story needs to take screenshots of the text messages in case Amy doesn't want to confess to everyone else and show it to everyone else who knew about the whole thing. OP's friend deserves justice and Amy needs to know what it's like to have consequences
The Kevin story reminds me of another story I saw, only OP rang the doorbell for the cat and left, prompting the cat's owner to yell "F me, Sara, the cat just rang the bloody door!" Hilarious and wholesome
yeah! worried me so badly until the end, wholesome story for once :)
That story about Mark is insane. If I was in OP’s situation I would spread the messages to the friend groups FOR Amy. If she was afraid to speak up then, how could OP trust that Amy would speak up now? Amy’s defense that she was “young and stupid” doesn’t work. It just seriously makes me feel angry about what happened to mark and how she didn’t clear up the situation when she could have saved him.
YES, Op needs to send the messages everywhere, social media friends, everywhere. And take a video of her phone to prove the messages were real.
Yeah I have a feeling that Amy won't apologize or at least do it so easily to everyone else that needs to hear it
If I were OP, I’d give her some time. 48 hours, maybe?
You have that time to speak up. If not, I do it for you.
Absolutely. Finally show people that Mark was the victim, not Amy.
Her "young and stupid" defense is really, REALLY stupid. She's basically saying she's still young, so she doesn't have to bear the responsibility of what she done. Absolutely Disgusting.
In my opinion. People who accuse others of SA and similar accusations, should get the punishment that the accused would have got. That Woman is heartless!
Amy is especially evil because she didn’t actually have to blame anyone. She could have said “I don’t know who, I was drugged” Or “he was a stranger” (because statistically speaking: it’s most likely a stranger).
But she gave a name anyway, and ruined this young man’s life.
Rslash meowing will forever be my favorite moment in this channel.

Omg it was so adorable I had to replay it
Story 3: I wouldn't just stop with revealing her lies. I would tell Mark's dad and help him find a lawyer to file a wrongful death suit. She *admitted* to lying and staying quiet when she knows that her lie drove Mark to unalive himself. Her actions led to his loss of a support system and the majority of his peers, which is of course going to cause him to fall into deep depression. Not only was that defamation and slander, but led to wrongful death. If she *really* felt sorry, she would fess up and just turn herself over to the cops.
Cops won't do shit unless it's already become a PR problem for them. There have been cases of guys being arrested and charged erven though it was literaly impossible for them to even be in the area let alone commited the crime. 1 case that made it to count in the UK a women claimed she'd been assaulted (pushed down, digitaly penetrated and spat on) on Kings cross London train station platorm (think Grand central NY) during rush hour. No witnesses (somehow) the only eviedence that the assaualt even happened was 10s of security footage of the guy walking past the 'victim', one hand holing a newspaper the other hand on the strap of his bag, both hands in contiuous view. the crown procection service even slowed the runtime of the tape to make it last 15s. The poor guy recieved 2 years of abuse from the press, lost his 6 figure job and had to pay out of pocket for his legal fees. Thelast i heard he was suimg them for malicious prosscecution. There was another case in Americia, where a guy who due his criminal record was forced to move in with his parents, the neibour acussed him of repeated R-wording her gave very definite time and dates of when the assaults happened, the only reason the guy isn't in prison is the first date she gave he was still IN prison, and a number of others he was on camera (in Walmart buying beer for example), the thing is the defence had to call someone from the prison service to testify, and source the secrity cam vids themselves because the cops just took her word for it.
@@stevenscott2718 That is why I suggested wrongful death and defamation suits. Those are civil matters, so the cops would not be involved. The fact they investigated and no criminal charges were pursued removes the case from criminal court.
@@darrellkimbro1665 I was refering to the cops charging her for false reporting
She doesn’t really feel sorry tho. She’s only confessing bc her therapist told her to. She’s trying to get rid of that annoying guilt thing bc it’s a real bummer. I seriously doubt she has any real intention of trying to make things right. If he were in prison and not dead, she’d never come forward to get him released. There’s no way she’ll publicly confess. She needs to be exposed.
The irony of the last story is that wearing red to a wedding symbolizes that you slept with the groom.
Not irony, she knew what she was doing
Hello Kevin, oh my that story had me laughing in tears, good on OP for protecting their neighbours and keeping the mystery alive.
If OP exposes Amy, they won't be sinking to her level, since they'll be spreading the truth instead of malicious lies. There is no way in hell that exposing this monster would ever even sink OP in the slightest. If anything, this would probably elevate them. All those people deserve the truth so that they can realize how badly they let Mark down. And they should live with that for the rest if their lives.
In fact not sharing it would be going to her level.
I can't begin to understand why OP would even question if spreading it is the wrong thing to do. Someone who lies about such a horrible thing and ruins another person's life can get SAed by the devil's pitchfork for all I care. (Or some better way of putting that, you get the idea.)
@@peachrenard2320i think he just wanted to avoid any type of conflict from people defending Amy (like her friends) but yea imo he shudve revealed the truth

Story is fake, OP deleted it after someone called them out for inconsistency
Yes op should make her life miserable
About the ex who wore a red dress to OP's wedding, it's also known that a red dress means that "She slept with the groom". Yeah, the ex obviously wanted to rub that into OP's face.
Really? Never heard of that.
As much as I wanna call Amy a murderer, unfortunately they’d have to prove in court that Mark’s death was in some way intentional.
Manslaughter however is an open and shut case
For Story 3, my god do I wish people who spread these kinds of false rumors the absolute worst in life. Not only did she ruin someone's life, she's responsible for someone's death. You can clear someone's name all you want, but you can't bring someone back from the dead.
And aside from that, as rSlash said, every single time this sort of thing happens, it makes it harder for actual victims to open up about their experiences and be believed. And for what?? 3 days of attention on social media?
It takes a special kind of evil to do what Amy did. She deserves to face the consequences of her despicable actions.
but she wont bc our society has decided women are allowed to do that
and statistically men have a harder time gaining people's trust than women do
@@jiogcyihsugyiocjfdoivhphvw6821 No, it hasn't. You know that most women hate false accusations too and fight against them right? No one has "decided" it's ok accept law makers and judges.
@@jiogcyihsugyiocjfdoivhphvw6821 See, this is what I dont get. Sexism, pure and unadulterated sexism, brought about by conservatives who have propagandized to you and corrupted your view of things back in the 2010's.

Oh, I remember the dress story. Even hearing the ex's side first, I knew that something was off because of how much detail was left out, especially after seeing the dress in question. Ex was and still is TA
ETA: and so is the husband. Great job blindsiding your wife by not telling her your ex was coming so she could at least brace herself for the drama!
Yeah, it must have been clear when she arrived that the bride wasn't expecting her to stay so the husband surely lied about that. Stephanie needs to REALLY think about whether she wants to be married to a liar who prioritizes his ex wife over her. ijs
Hey, I’m going to apologise now because I already put it in someone else’s comment, but there is an alleged third side the story.
A guest made a post saying what actually happened. Basically the information we got was mostly correct, but both sides left out small parts that make a big difference.
Ex wife was making goo-goo eyes at ex husband so she definitely was trying to cause drama. However new wife left out she wanted the kids to either pick her or their mother! Basically both women are terrible and the real victims are the kids.

Honestly my first thought after Amy admitted it was "Rat her out!" Like for real she said she admitted it because her therapist recommended it not because she personally decided to

That last story is a good example of “once it’s on the internet, it’s there forever”
I really, really needed that laugh with the Kevin the cat story. I’ve been stoned before but never stoned enough to think a cat can knock on a door like a human. 🤣
Story 3: this is what happens when "believe all women" takes precedence over "innocent until proven guilty".
About the red wedding dress...did you know in certain cultures a woman wearing red means that they've had sexual relations with the groom.
That's wild 🤣🤣🤣
Fr. It’s like a drama color. Like a revenge color for the wedding. Either red or black.
my stepmum told me that red was a wh*re color, so i kinda knew red meant that a woman passionately hugged the groom
Same thing happened to a very well liked teacher back in middle school. A former student (she was in high school by the time she accused him) accused him of having a relationship with her (she had stalked him for months), and he essentially lost everything. He ended up unaliving himself, and the girl had a complete breakdown. She ended up being hospitalized and later released a statement about how she had lied because she had tried to get him to be with her, and he refused. She wanted to get him back for rejecting her, and that was the only thing she could think of. She started to feel bad because people were harassing his pregnant widow. She moved to a different school district not long after her confession.
Someone should have sent that to the new school.
Someone should have told her that this type of thing does not go away. If you cause something this serious and egregious that it causes you to breakdown, it tends to scar your forever.
You will never be the same ever again.
That’s just disgusting. Absolutely tragic. She should be in prison. Not just shuffled off to a new school with a blank slate like molesting priests getting moved to new parishes to try their handsy game on a new crowd.
All for rejection hope she learns from this but it’s disgusting and hope she has to live with that guilt too being young and dumb is a thing but I’m tired of it being the biggest excuse for being a POS
That Kevin story is hilarious. That he thought of that in the moment is amazing. 🐱
I’m ashamed to admit that I used to be the kind of gullible person who would have believed Amy’s story. I thought false allegations were so rare you should just assume every accusation was true. It’s important to share this story so people like me can understand what jumping to conclusions can do
Yall I laughed so hard I couldn't breathe at Kevin knocking on the door. A man and his cat rotflmao
The girl in the 3rd story is one of those people that causes real victims to be brushed aside. I've heard of accusations happening because of a power play or be bitter after a break up, But she, no bullshit, made the false accusation on someone she barely even knew just to fit in. THE F*CK? I hope that op screenshots the message and spreads it to everyone
Exactly this. Lies like that affect everyone, from the accused to future true victims. Society as a whole suffers because we can't trust one another because of people like her.
What a waste.
They're also the reason why a lot of real victims don't go to the police and report because they're scared they won't be taken seriously. To this day over seven years later I still regret not going to the cops but I know that they wouldn't have done anything for me
OP needs to SAVE 👏 THOSE 👏RECEIPTS 👏
Last story: I found out recently that wearing bright red to a wedding symbolizes that you’ve slept with the groom. She may not know about the red but she knew what she was doing.
I was so terrified when she said the cat was screaming. I thought he was in the washing machine. Thank goodness it was just a fun story
You only needed to say two words to describe the dress and create a fairly accurate mental picture: Jessica Rabbit.
Story 3: F that! Op tell her entire family, you tell Mark's family and you have that woman drug through the court system. She deserves to be behind bars for what she did. If nobody speaks out, justice for Mark won't happen and then it's like killing him twice. 😤
Also tell the bf to be careful to not be accused
Yep. I'd also get Mark's family to contact a lawyer to sue her. She put an entire family through hell. If the criminal court doesn't get her, civil probably will. Seems like OP has sufficient evidence with both her confession and his alibi the night of the alleged SA to win that.
If my friend killed himself because of the lies of an evil woman, I'd make it my personal mission to pursue justice.
@@guywholikesgoodmusic Agreed!
The story with Kevin made my day... I can imagine this happening and it's comedy gold.
It’s heartbreaking to think about how easily Mark was incriminated. He had so much proof that he didn’t s[e]xually assault Amy and yet everyone still took her side.
Story 3: Mark’s father should sue the shit out of her. Ruin her life as well. Women need to learn that false accusations are just as bad.
Not just women....PEOPLE need to learn that crap isn't ok...
For real. False accusations of SA can, and as shown in this video, have absolutely ruined lives. People should not get off easy when they falsely accuse people of SA.
@@KomaedasOneTrueHope That's true, but the vast majority of false SA accusations are from women (and even defended by certain groups of women), so it's very fair to aim it at us.
@@illyGalSloth I’ve actually never heard of men doing it. Also, even when med do report SA, even if it’s true, not much happens when a woman is accused. Or at least not taken as seriously as it would be with the genders swapped. As far as I know, the false reports are a women’s problem, not necessarily everyone.
@@kranberry3318 I've only seen one video about a woman who got accused of SA and it ruined her life (she was accused of molesting her kids who she shared custody with her ex-husband and his new partner), but yeah, it's very rare and almost never taken seriously if it involves a man.
That Kevin story is the best one I've heard in a while. Makes me wonder if my neighboors hear me talk to my cat, I live alone and talk to her all the time.
Well, when she says something to you are you supposed to just ignore her? lol! Yeah, I talk to my sisters’ pets all the time too!
I heard the Ex’s side of the story a week or so ago, but was busy and unable to see the dress when put on screen. I honestly thought that it couldn’t be that bad. Not to mention, I initially thought that Stephanie (the OP of the story that calls it out) had ALSO invited the Ex. But no! Come to learn only the groom, OP’s now husband, was the one to invite the ex. The ex refused to leave when asked. AND REALLY WAS UPSTAGING THE BRIDE, cuz of the red (someone else in the comments mentioned it signifies having slept with the groom before, a big ol sign saying “Hi, everyone, I’m the Ex Wife, pay attention to me!”) and the fact that it is literally a Bridal dress. It’s not a bridesmaid dress, or something to wear casually. No, that’s a dress for the BRIDE to wear. Gotta love finally having the fun story!
story 2: apparently cats DO knock on doors by pawing, hitting, or fiddling with the doorknob but the dude was prolly too stoned to realize
" Let's wish both of them luck" Yeah one of them's already a cadaver.
Apparently, wearing a red dress in to a wedding means "I slept with the groom" 🤷🏼♀️
I hope someday that Story 3 has a Best of Redditor Update and Amy's life has been destroyed by what she caused. Mark didn't deserve that at all, no one does. She should be behind bars at the very least.
My cat, Salem, knows his name and his nickname "Kit-Cat"and responds to both whenever I call to him lol
The Doritos thing reminds me of that guy that divorced over mustard.
Edit: ok, the Doritos story is way more reasonable.
Also in the third story, r/slash said exactly what I was thinking. Woman like Amy are the reasons why real victims aren't believed or doubted at first. And the me too movent started off great but like many other movements, you got people who lied for attention or because they just straight up hate men.
Which one is more reasonable? The mustard one was scary!!
@@demonkitty_toebeans Dude went berserk over her having a plain hot dog. Even with the rest of the back story, that’s definitely divorce material.
@@demonkitty_toebeans the Doritos one. Op made it sound like a bag of chips made her divorce her husband. When it was because of his mistreatment to her and throwing the bag at her showed how little he cared. The mustard story is still insane because of what the husband did and how he wanted a divorce about how his ex-wife was picky. Not to mention how he drove recklessly over it.
The point I'm trying to make is, the reason why she wanted a divorce is more reasonable than, why the ex husband wanted the divorce in the mustard story.
@@Twinklethefox9022 ah! I thought you were saying that the wife in the mustard story was unreasonable to divorce the husband! I was concerned cuz that dude seemed like he would kill her at some point
@@demonkitty_toebeans oh no. That would be terrible for me to say. That would scare me for weeks if I was in the car with an insane driver. I'm glad the op in that story and this story got out of those situations.
The third story is such a rageful situation, why the heck that false accusor got out with a slap on the wrist? She should have been sent to jail for 3 lifetimes
May Amy and amy friends and op friend mom get so much shame that they end theyre lives... trash like that don't deserve happiness..
bc our society decides women can do that
Actually, absolutely nothing happens to people who do this. At all. Unlike the falsely accused victim, they don't even get their name in the paper.
First story had an update, turns out hubby dearest is a cop (of course) that has had his mates stalk her to work to 'make sure she was where she said she was.' He's sent inappropriate pics to a 19yo, gaslighted her her whole life, dehumanized her interests, hobbies and goals; 'Can't go to uni cuz that's for men, can't take up this hobby you love cuz it means your trans, can't be mad my friends talk dirty about you cuz it's attention.' etc etc.
She gave him the papers, he didn't sign, and destroyed her headphones when she came home for her stuff. He said even more dark stuff such as 'I'm the only one who'd ever love you' and other stuff along those lines. She's currently safe, changed her numbers, and checked her phone and car for tracking devices, right now she's just going as far in the opposite direction as she can.
From the story about Amy, I know someone who something similar happened to----fortunately he's still alive. But he had a full on baseball scholarship to a college, tons of friends, and was just genuinely a pretty decent guy. He slept with a girl, who was cheating on her boyfriend with a bunch of guys at the time.
Well this girl ended up pregnant, and instead of admitting to her religious family that she was sleeping around, she said she had been SA'd by this guy. He lost his scholarship, many friends, and was treated like a criminal despite being proven legally wrong. He was also forced to pay child support for about 6 months after the child was born.
Luckily he got a paternity test done and she had to back pay him all that money, and she even admitted to lying, but the damage had been done. I personally think anyone who lies about such a thing should be heavily fined, if not imprisoned.
3 story: Collect as much confession as possible. Take everything to Mark parents show everything to them(there is a possibility for them to sue that). Share everything online and tag every single of that friends.
And that still wouldn't be enough for what she did, she deserves to rot in prison.
God that third story felt bad. A year or so ago my brother was accused of SA, thankfully he had good proof and few believed her.
unlike this story, which had proof and nobody believed him...............
@@jiogcyihsugyiocjfdoivhphvw6821 the courts and the police believed him but not anyone else. People should literally look at evidence before determining people as telling the truth or lying, cause at the end of the day someone innocent could be hurt from it
The one about the wedding: I’ve heard it said that women wear bright red to weddings to show that they’ve slept with the groom. Idk if it’s true, but it makes PERFECT sense in this story! 😅
My favorite quote of Kenny from the walking dead: “You think that because you’re a little girl that you can get someone killed and no one will care? That because you’re “sorry” it’ll all just magically go away?”, if she was actually sorry then she would’ve told everyone the truth, but she didn’t, and a innocent kid died because of her, there’s no snowball’s chance in hell that what she did was forgivable.
Story one is so crazy, there's so much more to it. I'm glad she got away from an abusive situation
Story 3 I heard this one before. Op should forward the message to everyone. She needs to pay.
Honestly hope the same
The worst thing is that this is not an isolated case. There have been multiple cases in different parts of the world.
Ikr. And only told op? This woman clearly has no remorse, enough sadness to tell op but not her friends and his family because "she was young and dumb" he was young too..
OP should tell everyone but should absolutely not warn her about it.
Would give her the occasion to do a second SA claim on OP to counter before he does anything.
@@bryn1063 The worst part is that they tend to be under punished for it as well. They usually aren't treated as an accessory/aiding in the death of that person.
EDIT: In the US, most don't even get a year of prison time.
I haven't laughed out loud at a reddit story in a long time. That was amazing!
Why did you do it?
Amy Bateman: Because. I want. To fit. In!
*First OP:* First mustard, now this.
Best of luck to OP, and I hope her stb ex and the pos who mrdrd OP's reporting manager get their karma.
*Second OP:* This is a nice palate cleansing from the previous story. I thought it was going to take a dark turn. I can relate to OP about knowing her neighbor's pet's name, but not the neighbor's name. I sometimes referred to my previous neighbors as "So-and-so's owner."
10/10 meowing
*Third OP:* I agree with whomever suggested that people who falsely accuse someone of SA receive the same punishment the accused would've gotten. Not only did they ruin another person's life, but they also cast doubt on actual victims.
Also, she'd never gotten SA'd before? GOOD! No one should ever experience it.
I agree with the reply: Amy should confess to everyone what she did and face consequences. I especially want her to tell Mark's mom so the revelation will eat her alive as she replays the things she said to her son.
So, I look for the original post to see if OP posted an update, and there's a possibility that the story was made up. I hope it was made up, but also, that's messed up of OP to think of something like that.
*Fourth and Fifth OPs:* I thought rSlash was going to use the Karen voice for the entire post, lol
Not knowing the bride's side of the story, I would've said OP was NTA before seeing the dress. After seeing it, yeah, OP was TA. She knew what she was doing, lol.
Cute dress, though
I agree with you. Story #3 should almost be nuclear revenge territory.
Even if it was made up it happens far to often here in the UK there was a case that made the newspaper and the press/feminists where complaing that a women had just got 2 years for false reporting, because "real victims would be too scared to come forward", the only thing was she'd done it multiple times and one of her vicitims had already served 4 years by the time she was caught-out. She got less than half the time total than 1 of her victims falsly served. PS. the only reason she got caught the Police where like WTF how does someone get Rword so many times and re-investigated the previous cases, which means that after 4+ years there was enough evidence to exonerate one of her victims, meaning they half-assed the intial investigation.
Story 3 I’d post her admission everywhere ESPECIALLY since people like her are why actual victims aren’t believed.
people like her is why people are fucking dead.
Story 1: my sister was between homes (very temporarily) and brought her two cats to my parents house. One of the cats really didn’t get along with my parents’ dogs, although they were friendly with us humans. Therefore we had to keep the cats in the back of the house, while the dogs were in the front of the house. One day, I was standing next to the back glass door (looks out to the backyard) when one of the dogs walked up from the outside, tail wagging. Suddenly I heard *BAM* *BAM* *BAM* coming from the glass door and nearly jumped out of my skin. It was the cat of all things!!! She was punching the glass in an attempt to attack the dog!!! You would have thought a gorilla was trying to beat the door down!
Story 3: I had something similar happen to a friend of mine. Thankfully he didn't kill himself but he did drop out. And the person who accused him was my best friend... It was horrible. Especially cause no proof was ever found.
On the Mark story, get it in writing record it Make a record of it and then take it to the prosecutors, because I'm sure there is some sort of charge they can put on her even after 6 years
It is people like this that make it so hard for people that have been SA to come forward.
It's already in writing. The real Monster messaged OP. (That woman doesn't deserve a name)
@@389Miku agreed!
They won't bother unless it becomes a PR problem because "they won't want to make real victims too scared to come forward"
I would've been skipping to marks parents' house to show them the confession before posting it online everywhere.
They're divorced
"I know it would drag me down to the same level as her and her friends"
*NO!* OP would be telling the truth
So listening to this with my fiancé, she made an important realization that Amy had waited until 6 years passed.
6 years is the point where the Statute of Limitations passes for allegations. She didn't do it because of overwhelming guilt for what she did... its because SHE KNEW being open about it NOW means she's in the clear.
No sympathy at all. Put Amy on blast if she hasn't been already.
Story 1: Wait a minute, so…Op works full time, seems to do all the cleaning and cooking while her husband just…sits around and does nothing WHILE he mistreats her…?
Op what is your useless husband bringing to the marriage?
Yeah leaving is the right move, good luck
OK, so that dress looks like something that Jessica Rabbit would wear.
It does! She'd look amazing in it.
" I'm not bad I'm just drawn that way " sorry I had to type it
I was busy but turned to look..WOW!
Did you call?
All it needs is the sequins.
I mean, even murderers need friends. There is a female opossum who has befriended my barn cats. She is friends with 3 psychopaths who murder often.
The third story (about Mark) hit me hard because I lost my sister the same month and year (to different circumstances), and still haven’t fully moved past it.
was she falsely accused of rape?
1) Kevin made my day. I love it. 2) If Amy’s therapist told her to apologize to the one of two people who was WITH HIM when she made up this lie, my name is Bette Davis. And 3), DAAG that’s a wedding dress and the ex should have been escorted out by security. Thanks RSLASH. Hey, how’s Yugo?? I miss the puppy bloopers.
The first story made me cry, reminded me of my ex fiance way too much. Brought back a lot of bad memories of abuse and horrible behavior i tolerated from that man-baby and his family, too. I felt with OP. I spoiled him too much bc it was easier than getting yelled at or having things thrown at me or shoved into stuff. I'm so glad you got out of there, OP, you deserve better than that
A girl (Janet/Jennifer) I used to work with did the same thing, claiming she was SA'd by a "black guy" and got pregnant (whom happened to be her BF at the time), but unbeknownst to the guy she was scheming for money.....She tricked this guy into paying $25k for her to get a pretend "abortion" and a pretend "new" place to live. When this random guy told me this story, I outed her. She then began threatening my then 4 year old child. If you have experienced SA, it is not even close to being funny to have some bitch who never experienced it to use it as way to scheme others.
I’ve heard the other side of the crazy ex wedding story, not sure if it was on r slash or somewhere else but holy shit she sounds way crazier here
OP needs to make sure that Amy's life gets ruined. Make her lose evrrything and evryone she loves. Make sure she gets to relive everything Mark had to go through.
omg the idea that the first girls life is over after the divorce is so heartbreaking!! it is absolutely just the beginning of her life, especially since she started seeing that man when she was 20 and he was 35!
Amy should face criminal charges, not only did someone die, as a direct result of her continued actions, but she has wrecked countless lives as a result. She should be in prison
This is the second story I hear today about somebody's life going to shit because of false accusation of sa. And nothing happens to the accuser. It's disgusting.
Light hearted Kevin story is what I needed to start my day. 😂
Omg the last one!! I read the original post a while ago and remember people being on her side until she posted the dress she had worn. Then everyone was like, ummmm that's literally a wedding dress in a different color. Glad to hear the bride's side
The one about the girl who fakes an SA claim was the worst
I was accused of SA when i was younger and i went to some friends about it, expecting comfort and understanding, instead i was met with insults and discomfort and i lost all of my friends and i seriously contemplated if life was worth living if everyone i loved then thought i was this monster.
Worst of all it made me skeptical of other womens accusations, i used to follow "believe the supposed victim until proven wrong" because as an actual SA victim i know what its like to be brushed off. Anyone who makes false SA accusationss deserves to rot in hell forever
Story 2: I don't know what's better OP tricky and neighbor into believing the cat knock on a door. Or R/ meowing like a kitty.
R/ meowing like a kitty. Twice!
