- A different kind of training for getting a strong and toned body!♥︎ In this workout we train our muscles by using a wall. This workout will strengthen your entire core, make your abs pop out, tone your legs and arms and make your booty round and lifted. It improves your flexibility and balance as well. I'm always looking for new challenges and alternatives, so I created this one. I hope you have fun with this new routine to work on your body.
