  • Sometimes you stumble on a load of fresh ginger that you can't use before it goes bad. You can leave it out, sure, but what if you're in a location where it'll mold? Aha! So easy - clean it, cut it, and get it drunk. It'll last for months. (and then you can invent some fabulous ginger cocktail to go with it. How about a vodka stormy?)

    How do you use it after soaked in vodka?

      Pretty much same as you'd use fresh. I cut it up for stir fries and seasoning tofu. Blenderize it into a ginger soy sesame dressing.
