  • Sculpt and tone in this home barre arms workout using light weights. It's a 15 minute all standing arms workout using small hand dumbbells. You will need 1kg or 2.2lb weights. If you don't have them use a water bottle and fill with water or rice. The best bit is this class has no push ups!

    Randomly decided only a Barre arm workout after doing gym weights for a while.... The BURN! Fab workout! Can't wait for more!

    I suffer from a foot medical condition as well as restless leg problems. However, did this work out right after I was having those sensations and did help relieve slightly my restless legs. Not to forget my arms 🔥 Like they say God and exercise are key in healing. Thanks Taylor, for these workouts!👍🙂

Well I was thinking, I would have loved to have played for you when you did ballet. Can I guess that you would have enjoyed doing exercises like Tendus and Grand Battments to showtunes like 'All That Jazz' from Chicago, or 'Big Spender?

      Try upping the weight slightly 🥰
