    Thanks Taylor. It is my first time using the chair. I’m in a hotel room that has a nice big enough space for me to work out with a towel in front of the bed. It was perfect.     I’ve just started the journey of exercising regularly and have been window-shopping CZcams for various workouts to try different styles and see what I like. A workout video yesterday left me in tears feeling so bad about myself because I’m so unco-ordinated. I absolutely loved this workout and the effort you put into explaining different variations and your understandable ‘corset’ and ‘Jean pocket’ analogies to ensure I had the correct form.
