  • Join me for a barre and pilates workout class, you need light weights and a pilates mat or gym mat. This workout is 30 minutes long and all standing. You won't be doing any floor work its an all standing barre and pilates workout. Looking for the best online barre workout? You've found me!
    You will need: 1kg/2.2Ib weights or use water bottles.

    Yes this was a great workout! Don’t let the”standing” part fool you. My legs feel like rubber right now which I just love after the workout 💕 I totally agree your encouragement of “yes I know” gets me through the moment and is SO NEEDED. Thank you for working so hard to bringing us great workout content!

    I have lots of injuries and somehow Abby's barre amd pilates workouts don't stress my injuries. I so appreciate these workouts
