Russian twists: 70 times
Bicycle crunches: 50 times
Leg lifts: 40 times
Regular crunches: 40 times
Forearm side plank (each side): 30 times
Plank: 1 minute
It doesn't matter how many reps you do for the 40 second exercises. Sometimes it's better to do less and do them slowly first as form is the most important.
You make this look so easy! On the side exercise, I could only get up on my knee caps. Love the challenge!!! My abs are so sore. Wonderful workout - Thank You!!!

Elena! I love the forearm plank thing that you do but my arm hurts the next day bad. What do you think I’m doing wrong?
Oh no! Let's try to figure it out...
1. Where is the pain? In your shoulders, elbows, forearms..?
2. What kind of pain is it? Muscle soreness, bruising, friction burn..?
I think it’s because you are putting too much pressure on your forearm instead of mentally and physically thinking about where the the exercises is targeted and the body parts helping it the most (in this case mainly the lower body and the core)

Do you have any substitute exercises for the four arm side plank? its really hard for me because I cant hold up my weight for more then 5 seconds for that exercise.
Perhaps rather than dipping your hips up and down while holding the side plank, you could go into the side plank, then lower your hip to rest on the ground, then push back up to the position, and back down at your own pace. 😊
If that doesn't work out, some other alternatives are Russian twists and bicycle crunches 👍
Whenever i do bicycle crunches my hips pop/crack😂 is that bad? Should I not do them? Helpppp

You must burn off more calories through exercising and metabolism than you take in through food and drinks to lose weight.
