    Cardio helps me lose more belly fat than stationary workouts and I heard it helps you reduce great size so I’m here for it lol

      @@kirtikapatel1586 i dont remember that well bc it was two years ago, but I controlled my diet in a healthy and safe way and jogged for 30 mins (not everyday)

    Did this workout last summer year but then i stopped once school started and i remember being able to do it good enough and now this summer i could barely hold on to 5 minutes 😭😭gonna get back to it

    Nice video Elena. That was pretty much the exercise when I was 15-years old and on the soccer team. Also US ARMY Basic Training. My favorite cardio was a steep hill, amino acid and 22-lbs on my back with 5-lbs strapped to my chest. (7-mile workout)

    I love your workouts and energy but nothing you do is friendly to people like me who are really really out of shape and have a hard time doing even 10 seconds of mossy of your workouts if that. could you maybe do something for the people like me who are just getting started? i know for you it might seem stupid or easy but still. it would be great to see something tailored to people like me. thanks!

      Hi Amber,
      I totally see where you're coming from and I understand! When I first started, I remember using 3 pound weights, yet still feeling like my arms were going to fall off! LOL
      However, I encourage you to give my current workouts a try. The reason why I do HIIT workouts is because the goal is for you to do as many reps as YOU can within the given amount of time, rather than an exact number of reps at a certain pace. These workouts give you the ability to set your own pace and watch yourself improve and be able to go faster and faster. 😊
      But good news - I plan to make a "beginners workout" in the near future! Keep looking out for it and best of luck to you! Xx

      Faith Roegge tbh yah, like 4 months ago from now, I got to be honest, I started doing more workout routines then this video, I focused more on abs workout routines, and hip dips, and what gave me so much motivation is when I did it with my cousins, because of quarantine me and my cousins now workout through zoom together everyday and it’s fun and helpful. Tbh I didn’t do like those everyday salad types of diets but I did did decrease the amount of food I eat, and I eat now only 1 portion of food everyday, and I have done a diet for like 1 month, and from now I actually saw results and my stomach was getting so much flatter and I can see lines! Just believe in yourself and you can someday see results, fight for what u want, and if u don’t give up, u will find results in no time, for real☺️💕😁😁
