this is the only dance workout i cn find thats actually dancing not just exercising to music and its so fun!!!
it feels silly at first as someone with two left feet and just starting my fitness journey. But her smile is so catching, it made me comfortable to be "bad" at something im just starting. Keep on doing this. I will gladly come back to this video.

Юрий, благодарна за тренировки. В марте 23-го года вывихнула лодыжку. Востановление шло сложно. Ваше видео нашла быстро делала 2 раза в день в течении 1, 5 месяца. Теперь делаю как разминку для ног. Помимо того, что прошли боли, так и неожиданнвй эффект - отёк и жир с щиколоток сошёл. 🎉
