I actually really enjoyed the Ganon crate section. There was something Paul being so genuinely happy and excited that just made me smile. We usually see grumpy, angry Paul, and happy Paul is just so... Happy.
I enjoy Stuart's suffering
I agree, it's really adorable to see someone genuinely nerd-out on something. I had a big dumb grin almost the whole time.
I wish they didn't give Paul so much flak. I was genuinely interested in what he was saying.

I like Paul loads. He's one of those people that just comes across as extremely likeable I think. Plus, I might be a bit biased as he's clearly a bit of a scouser like myself! lol
Despite them trying to brush aside the Ganon crate as a joke with Stuart being miserable and Eli being Eli. I actually really enjoyed it. Not as a joke as intended, but genuinely enjoyed it. Seeing Paul nerd out reminded me much of myself, and seeing him so happy just made it even better.
Paul's enthusiasm really is brilliant.

I loved hearing Paul talk so passionately about his Ghostbusters! I think it's great to listen to people talk about the things they love. You get too much hate Paul you are an awesome guy.
When they're mean to Paul in this he looks so crushed for a second before he remembers he's talking about Ghostbusters and his eyes light up again. Paul is too precious for this world, we do not deserve him. (look at 11:53 he's heartbroken)

Paul is like a child; it's absolutely aggravating when he's trying to run a game show or something, but it's fantastic to watch him so excitedly rummage through a box of old ghostbusters tat.

I got genuinely intrigued at that point. That's Stuart level of nerdiness/tangentry (a word now, if it wasn't one), and much like Stuart, Paul's interest and enthusiasm does a fine job of rubbing off on me.
I don't know what I enjoyed more: Paul's absolute glee over everything in his box, or Stuart's suffering.

I actually enjoy hearing people talk about stuff that they're interested in even though I have no interest whatsoever in the thing.
It's even better when I don't have to give any response either.
Also, seeing Paul genuinely excited and happy is a nice change from the other grumps. Especially now when you're without Barry. He's like a small excitable dog who's happy just to be included. When that happiness and excitement is missing the show turns into a bunch of grumpy old cats grumping grumpily at the other grumps.

I really liked the bit with Paul talking ghost busters. I think his enthusiasm for them rubbed off on me and im getting back into them. However for those who didn't like it I propose the next video be of Stuart getting fed some horrid food and having to guess what it is while playing really bad games.

I'm amazed at how much I enjoyed the Paul/Ganon crate segment. There's something to be said about genuine enjoyment and entertainment instead of the constant snark so prevalent on youtube. There was a lot of is in the Eli crate too, pretty great episode all around because of the positivity.
Aww. Seeing Pauls reaction made me genuinely moved. He really really looked happy.

More Paul Ghostbusters Trivia!
I actually found all the Ghostbusters facts rather interesting.
I'm not even that into Ghostbusters but I enjoyed both this and Phelous' various videos on truly irrelevant trivia about the show. I guess I just like watching someone else get so excited about things like owning the movies in all possible ridiculous formats and talking about how the logo's been flipped.

My favorite bits of Cheap Show are the bits where Eli and Paul are talking about stuff they enjoy, so I liked this whole episode.

Did you take Paul out the back and humanely destroy him after filming? Seriously though, my best friend does this for me every birthday, Christmas and Easter. She fills gift bags full of quirky, obscure little odds and sods she finds in pound shops, charity shops, Ebay, cosmetic free samples and burger chain kids meals and giftwraps every little item. One of the best things she got me was from a pound shop and it was a Zippy from Rainbow pencil case, and a set of blue crystal Rosary Beads from a flea market and a talking Darth Maul keyring. We always have a good laugh over the things she manages to find.
I absolutely loved the Paul bit. It's great seeing someone get stuff that they love and the excitement on their faces. The best bit of gift giving is the reaction.

I guess they designed the boxes with the intention of making them really unappealing so that Eli and Paul would have to really ham it up to seem enthusiastic, but then it completely backfired because they completely underestimated how hardcore a ghostbusters fan Paul is.
I do know where Barry has been - he stood in for Eli, and went to Cardiff to hold a cup under the Bishop at the annual 'Opening The Bishop's Bowels' ceremony. After this, Barry was invited outside by some of Cardiff's lairiest centenarians, and ended the day elbow-dropping guinea pigs and hamsters at a local school. A thrilling day, packed with incident, aggro, faecal matter, dead pets, and crying children. What more could you want? You wish you'd gone now, don't you, Eli?
That Ghostbusters box was genuinely fun and interesting to watch!

Paul is the largest 8 year old I've ever seen. Paul is a bright and lively boy, and I love seeing the shining light in his eye. I'm worried, I don't want this beautiful gem to be taken from us before it's time.
Eli, what are you feeding him? Try to get hormone-free meats, And very sexual, he's far too young to be going through puberty. He's not a healthy child, He's in urgent need of medical intervention. Please get your son the help that he desperately needs.

I genuinely enjoyed that. I think Cheapshow has lowered Paul and Eli's standards so low that they're legitimately happy to receive anything that doesn't smell like secondhand curry. Stuart really nailed his personalizations, though not nearly enough modular brutalism. Should have included an inflatable crown in each.

I actually bought a seven single sized vinyl record of "Star trekking" when it came out. I don't care what everybody thinks about the song, I love it.. I am a bit of a Trekkie. And I was not at school anymore, either. I was already married if I remember correctly.
