On the cover the red guy is wearing a pink hat, the pink guy is wearing a red hat, the blue guy is wearing a green cap and the green guy is wearing: also green... WHY NOT BLUE!?
It definitely needs more players, or at least it needs the two of you being diagonal colors. The purple player as Ms. Pac-Man can start no more than 4 spaces from the red ghost's start, putting them in range of a single die roll. Meanwhile, the red player as Ms. Pac-Man can start as much as 8 spaces from the purple ghost starting position. Maybe only 6 or 7, I don't know the rules on the Exit spaces since they didn't use them. All the same, every player is at a disadvantage to the player immediately counter-clockwise to them. Luck aside, Guru Larry was almost pre-determined to win based on his choice of color alone as Ashens could not catch him on the first turn ever.
Larry is such a nice guy. He always replies to my comments as though we're old friends, lol. He's just really down to Earth and doesn't let his "celebrity" get to him.
Jet Jenkins well Larry has been really hitting it off with his new video format over the past year, far more viewers consistently than he's ever had by miles
My suggestion, at least for a 2-player game like this, would be to allow the ghosts to move through the center box, by counting both the ghost spot and the non defined center spot as a space. So you'd have to use up 2 moves to get out of the box, wherever you want, but that's still better than having to use 4 just to reach the opponent's area.
What is this madness? The sequel to my worst nightmares? No, the gateway to pac-man hell.

What are the exits for? I thought the player would have to reach it after getting all the pellets. Or are they just for ghosts to get to the other side of the board?
I like the fact that they substituted a few pieces on their side of the board despite the fact that there's a whole other half of the board full of unused pieces that they could have put in instead
The layout of this board means that in this two player game, Larry had a huge advantage. Larry could roll a 1 and move into Stuart's territory. Stu had to roll 5 just to get to Larry's segment.
I assumed it was because they wanted to present the game as it would be completely set up. Although, it does beg the question, why didn't they use some of those extra pellets that were on the unused side of the board for Ashens' side and leave a couple empty on the unused side?
Barry had an unfair advantage. His ghost was much closer (2 away vs 5), It's like him getting to roll the dice 3 times instead of just once every-time he starts as a ghost.
Larry had an advantage due to the way the board is designed. His ghost had only 2 steps to get into purple territory whereas the purple ghost needed 5.
I am pretty certain it was Bally, not Midway. ms.Pac-Man WAS made by Namco, which Namco licensed out to Bally to make. The people at Bally didn't really understand the contract or something, because they then made Mr. & Mrs. Pac-Man and Baby Pac-Man in 1981. That was the company that was forbidden to touch Pac-Man ever again. They also made Professor Pac-Man, which is one of the rarest Pac-Man games ever made and one of the first video games with DLC.
Larry had an advantage because Stuart had a space which was only one away from where the ghost started, but as they were only playing with two people, Larry didn't.
Interesting. I guess the best way to play would be to start on parallel sides and maybe have it so the ghost/Ms. Pacman can only leave via the door. Then you must clear your colour square first before moving on to any other colour square, eating all the bits you can, with the winner being the one that accumulated the most tiddly winks.
You know what would have made this game good. If you had a massive board. Everyone controlled a ghost and a pac man thing. You could use your dice however you want. Like if you get snake eyes you can move packman twice, one ghost and one packman or both ghost. Getting eaten puts you back at your home. The one with most points at the end win. Could get really intense with like 4 players. You also have special berries and other special items that grants extra points. And special big pellets that lets you eat a ghost for extra points. This would be a great boardgame
ashens for got to pick up a piece when he moved and I think after you get all the pellits you need to make it to the exit to finish other wise whats it for and also Im not sure is there a rule saying if you get a power pellet your not allowed to move because if you were allowed to move couldnt you have gotten a piece aswell.
This actually looks like it could be a fun short game. If it can be played in 30 to 45 mins, then i would definitely give it a try with 3 of my friends.
when stuart got the power pellet, the ghost turned blue, then back to red, because it was the next turn, right? but why didn't stuart MOVE ms pac-man, BEFORE larry move the red ghost again? didn't stuart have a turn to either go for teh ghost OR go AWAY from the ghost? i'm confused.
so there's:
ms pac-man
sweaty hat
hillbilly slimer
oil inspector
and ms unibrow
It's ms monobrow actually
Killer Memestar I actually never realized that monobrow for 1 brow and unibrow for 2 brows combined.
I would've always thought it'd be bibrow.
is oil inspector a thing? I've owned several types of oil in my life and no one's ever come round to inspect it.
or icky sticky dicky and chives
On the cover the red guy is wearing a pink hat, the pink guy is wearing a red hat, the blue guy is wearing a green cap and the green guy is wearing: also green... WHY NOT BLUE!?
The OCD is strong with this one.
toman222 I hate you. you pointed it out. thumbs up.
toman222 Fuuuuck!
because he's not technically wearing it...😉😉
It definitely needs more players, or at least it needs the two of you being diagonal colors.

Ashens and Larry are reunited once again! The dream team.
zeldajunkielol2 one word : officialnerdcubed
YES!
the procrastinators, dawn of the silver skull
They post annual E3 discussions together over on Larry's channel, if you didn't know.
This reminds me of the Red Dwarf episode when Rimmer keeps rolling a 2-1 for some reason.
OrionPrime True. Sooo true.
OrionPrime I love red dwarf 🖒
Wasn't the reason why that happened explained in the same episode?
yeah, the karma drive. makes me wonder if they'd missed the end :p
plus the Red Dwarf reference at 12:45... creepy
Larry is such a nice guy. He always replies to my comments as though we're old friends, lol. He's just really down to Earth and doesn't let his "celebrity" get to him.
Thanks dude, I try my best to reply to everyone, just feels rude not to.
Can I come round and play shitty Pac-Man games with you?
Needs an ice field...
Larry has really become a rare treat now.
Jet Jenkins well Larry has been really hitting it off with his new video format over the past year, far more viewers consistently than he's ever had by miles
OK more than when he was on TV?
Ashens can you let larry out of his cage more often? I miss him uploading.
Bold of you to assume Larry isn't dead
9:59 I think you forgot to take the pellet youy were standing on before moving Ashens.
I've waited years for another colab!
Larry should've gotten his revenge and made Ashens count out the score.
Always glad to see Ashens and Larry together.
Guru Larry, missed him on this channel. Gotta love him
I remember the original Pac-Man board game being the first Ashens video I ever watched.
Good times, good times.
skank ! Same, except I didn't know it was Ashens at the time. My first review of his that I *knowingly* discovered was his game.com review.
DRI?
skank ! my first one was him opening an xbox 360 lol
Gotta love Ashens and Guru Larry in the same video.
Ashens and Larry, together again?? YES!
That laugh at 2:47
Julio Caro Sounds like a deflating cat.
Flashbacks, i'm having flashbacks.
JCstock *TRIGGERED*
There was Pac-Man Jr. & the Pac baby.
WarthogRacer The Pac-Child ...sounds like a terrifying cthulhu character
The Pac baby sounds like the most adorable gangsta rapper.
WOW this is a throwback to the original video. I was 14 when I watched that first, holy hell.
Fucking finally another Ashens and Larry play board games! I've waiting for one of these for AGES!
I was waiting for an Ashens and Guru Larry video for awhile! Great work guys!
Upload from Ashens and Barshens, I've been waiting for another Sharticles! This is great!
Larry had a huge advantage due to ghost placement. Would have been better with opposite corners.
Dean Jones yeah that was kind of bullshit
My suggestion, at least for a 2-player game like this, would be to allow the ghosts to move through the center box, by counting both the ghost spot and the non defined center spot as a space. So you'd have to use up 2 moves to get out of the box, wherever you want, but that's still better than having to use 4 just to reach the opponent's area.
Did Ashens forget to take a pellet at around 10:10?
larryinc64 Yup
larryinc64 yes, he also only moved one space when he rolled a two later.
larryinc64 Larry also had a massive advantage in starting places
larryinc64 hi! I love your music.
Seeing an Ashens video in your sub box is the best feeling ever.
Gotta love Ashens & Larry. Great video as always lol.
These board game videos featuring Larry are always some of my favourite videos.
put your finger in your ear and push in and out. the noise is the same as what pacman makes in the original game.
Fucking wizardry, that is.
Great to see another board game with Larry 👍🏻
Larry genuinely made me laugh there and that's not easy with my mental state so kudos to you sir
You never fail to amaze me Ashens actually my first video I watched of yours was the pac-man board game I do believe keep up the great work.
YAY UPLOAD FROM ASHENS! I LIVE FOR THESE>
Thomas Evans me too
Thomas Evans me too
me too
me too so excited.
Love these, I still remember the ice field, gonna have to watch that one again!
Stuart told Barry he was sick, but he was actually doing this.
Guru Larry ya muppet! What a wonderful weekend surprise!
I know most people prefer to see you eat garbage, but I think this series is my favorite.
Yay I love watching you play games.
good to see Larry back on here ashens
Larry and Stuart laughing like morons is the best, the board game being ass only adds to the beauty.
What is this madness? The sequel to my worst nightmares?
No, the gateway to pac-man hell.
What are the exits for? I thought the player would have to reach it after getting all the pellets. Or are they just for ghosts to get to the other side of the board?
The pre-roll ad for this video was a German advert for a South Park boxset. Random as!
Simon Murphy Same for me.
I got a Durex ad about how pulling out is not effective.
+Earl Lemongrab been pulling out for years
Great as always.
I've started picking some of these MB arcade board games up and wasn't aware of this one, cheers
It has been far too long since we had one of these episodes!
Baby Pac Man was pretty weird. A hybrid pinball/video game.
I was looking forward to this!
"As much fun as the action-packed arcade game"
I like the fact that they substituted a few pieces on their side of the board despite the fact that there's a whole other half of the board full of unused pieces that they could have put in instead
The layout of this board means that in this two player game, Larry had a huge advantage. Larry could roll a 1 and move into Stuart's territory. Stu had to roll 5 just to get to Larry's segment.
Why did you put the dots on the part of the board you didn't use?
...erm :S
Guru Larry, can we have a "stupid lawsuits in gaming" vid from you please?
Heather Bain I'm pretty sure he already made one, or something similar
I assumed it was because they wanted to present the game as it would be completely set up. Although, it does beg the question, why didn't they use some of those extra pellets that were on the unused side of the board for Ashens' side and leave a couple empty on the unused side?
Yay! Ashens and Larry!
I love it when you both play board games :>
I had the first pac-man board game but never had this one. Looks pretty ehhhh.... ;p
Barry had an unfair advantage. His ghost was much closer (2 away vs 5), It's like him getting to roll the dice 3 times instead of just once every-time he starts as a ghost.
I was wondering where Larry disappeared to after no videos on his channel in 5 weeks.
Just what I needed to cheer me up after a crap day at work, Yay! :D
damn i just watched the board james episode about video game board games
who knew there would be a ms pac-man
Larry had an advantage due to the way the board is designed. His ghost had only 2 steps to get into purple territory whereas the purple ghost needed 5.
umchoyka If they chose opposing sides instead of adjacent it would have been a bit more balanced.
love that laughing! its like I'm in a car at top speed and then I hit the brakes!
cheers from Russia :)

Rocking that decreasing hairline Ashens
Keep it up
Larry! God I've missed you
Larry had an advantage because Stuart had a space which was only one away from where the ghost started, but as they were only playing with two people, Larry didn't.
Just FYI, the guy that took most of the purple near the first of the game left one pellet that was actually his to take.
Either I'm tired or I am really liking this game.
I think the tank game is running back on you fellows. And it's hilarious.
12:24 larry is really invested in this game after all!
I am overjoyed such a game exists
That opening was amazing.
I was right! Ashens kidnapped Larry!
I got this game a few months ago for $1 at a thrift shop. We had fun with it but it is much more fun with 4 players.
gotta give a thumbs up just for the red dwarf reference! rimmer is my fave for some reason :P
'Sweaty Hat' sounds like something I would find in Roger Mellie's Profanisaurus in Viz Magazine.
Interesting. I guess the best way to play would be to start on parallel sides and maybe have it so the ghost/Ms. Pacman can only leave via the door. you guys really should do this again with more people :)
4'25 Wait a minute! There's a pellet on the board that's grey…
Slightly overturned grapes ? THE HORROR. Past date century egg ? *eats it*
Larry lives!
I just realized that the ghosts on the board game box cover are the same colors as the ghosts in Pac-Man vs.
its pretty obvious that you need to exit once you eat all the pellet right?
ashens for got to pick up a piece when he moved and I think after you get all the pellits you need to make it to the exit to finish other wise whats it for and also Im not sure is there a rule saying if you get a power pellet your not allowed to move because if you were allowed to move couldnt you have gotten a piece aswell.
There are many stories about the creation of Ms. Pac-Man but it was always based on a game called Crazy Otto
Ashens has never responded...
So, Hello!
had to laugh how Larry's voice rose in a childlike way when Ashens went to walk over the wall.
The ghosts looked scared when they're upside-down.
About a 30th of your views came from the Pac-Man Board Game video, be proud Stuart.
This actually looks like it could be a fun short game. If it can be played in 30 to 45 mins, then i would definitely give it a try with 3 of my friends.
Yay, a new Larshens! :D
i can't believe i watched this whole thing
So Stuart missed a pellet he should have gotten. Only moved 1 instead of two when he go the pellet and whats with the ?
when stuart got the power pellet, the ghost turned blue, then back to red, because it was the next turn, right? but why didn't stuart MOVE ms pac-man, BEFORE larry move the red ghost again? didn't stuart have a turn to either go for teh ghost OR go AWAY from the ghost? i'm confused.
NO! IT'S MY BLOODY GAME!
Only my hands in shot, don't make me get the whip...
Love how your Pac-Man video has 17 million views, and this one has 211k. Just goes to show; girls drool, guys rule.
is it possible to see the whole game play I'd love to see what happened between the time you cut
"You have come last again"
Never heard that one before...
You forgot to pick up two yellow pellets she 'ate' in the first time in the purple quarter before the ghost got you!
