The one thing that worked super well for me and some of my friends at the gym was to treat my hand like a foot and try to put a bit of an arch in it as I walk. So I don't leave my whole hand flat on the floor in a position where it is hard to control things and push from. I've not seen this recommended much but it was a night and day difference for me in terms of balance and feeling where I am putting pressure in my hands. When I told my friend, he immediately walked further than he ever had before on his hands. Worth a try!

Great video overall! If I can make a suggestion on a new video can be on being comfortable at the bottom of a squat with our arms overhead such as doing overhead squats or even squat snatches. Maybe some drills on how practice keeping out torso straight with our arms locked out would be awesome to watch and even some tips on ankle mobility. I also have a tendency to want to put the dumbbells down outside my feet rather than inside (this might be because im pretty short though). These videos are super helpful, thank you!

I've always wanted to walk on my hands, but have medical issues that complicate it...namely the positional changes. My blood pressure and nerves freak out.
I think I could eventually do it, but am worried about just jumping into handstands.
Could I do the same types of movements (like holding or shifting weight from hand to hand) in a more inclined position? Or with my lower body supported above me somehow?
I'm sorry if this is a dumb question or if it's poorly written, I am just clueless and am trying to find loopholes in my health problems.

I have done shoulder taps doing a modified version of the Handstand Hold but not when I have been upside down. I need to try that patience drill because I feel good doing Wall Walks. 8:41 I think using the wall is way more dangerous then simply learning how go fall to your back side because if you are far from the wall when you fall you will get hurt anyway. The right way to fall is simply shifting your weight to one hand and turning your body so you fall in your feet, that is how I do and it is way safer.

  • @pedrohenriquewarkenramos5546

9:55 I don't like this I rather much more turning to my side and falling like in a cartwheel, this is way safer since you are falling in your feet not in your back. I have been practice handstands for about a year and even with that experience I definetly wouldn't be confident to roll out of a handstand, specially in a hard surface.
