This was definitely today’s highlight, for me anyways, handstand walking is still not in my wheel house, and it’s impressive to watch some one do it on a flat surface let alone an obstacle coarse. also glad Adam’s did well here.
That walk was insane. Best performance of males and females and teams all day.

This is absolutely insane! Being able to cover this distance while doing a handstand walk already is impressive, with these obstacles and her speed is just absolutely beast! Amazingly done! 🔥

@Data Fix well can a top level gymnast do this and ALSO do ALL the others things that these athletes are doing? That’s the point of crossfit, doing everything really good, not one thing the best!

@Data Fix I retired younger. Went into calling out fools on CZcams comments after college. I have 2 RV’s and 3 catamarans. I’m already done investing in crypto cause doge made me more than you could ever dream of.
I still train these things cause I’m not a chump.

This girls is a beautiful power house. They couldn’t steal this event from her
Having her still isolated, having her to constantly be masked at this point in the event seems to be a little much. Saturday late afternoon, she is still testing negative and she is still having everything done to her to take her off her mental game. Honestly, one of the strongest performances given the circumstances.
And the no interview dig was atrocious
Well, it’s necessary to have her quarantined. It can take 7-14 days to show symptoms if you’re going to show them. They could have interviewed her with her mask on and stayed their distance though.

This is a kind of comment I was looking for. I'm not a gymnast but enjoy doing handstands flips and tumbling from time to time.
But I definitely made a comment on the form. When you're really good at handstands you can honestly put your legs anywhere and be fine but keeping you body in line or other limbs stable helps you save energy.
But none they less they were killin it.
