Being honest, I started ..dud quite well..put on some muscle., but I made lots of silly mistakes which I can't afford to do now, overall it is time-effort coordination that matters.     I am proud to say that I achieved my fitness goal in 2022 - I gained 18 pounds of lean muscle. This was a big accomplishment for me, and it has given me the confidence to set even higher goals for 2023.
    For 2023, my goal is to increase my bench press strength and also increase the size of my calves because summer is coming. I want to make sure that I look great in shorts and tank tops when the weather gets warm. Additionally, I plan to continue increasing my bench press strength to continue building on my progress in 2022.

    I started to train my body in 2022 that time I was only 56 kg and now I'm at 70kg at the end of 2022. I learned a lot of things during that time and still trying to learn thanks to you and your videos about workout plans and diet especially low budget diet 😁 and gained something. In 2023 I will try to get more stronger than last time and put some more muscle mass and try to be in discipline and not do the same mistake that I had done in 2022.

    The goal for 2023 is to be better than 2022 in physique as well as in mentality .

    So this a journey of an individual who started following only you and another foreign youtuber Jeff Nippard. This is my story as a middle class 19 year old student who got so inspired by you that I started going gym despite of not having good financial stability promised my self not stop or feel low whatsoever.

    My Goal for 2023 is to be better everyday compared to the previous day. Becoming efficient in time management and creating consistency in reading books, meditating just like I have created consistency in going to gym the last year. At the end of the day holding myself accountable for the the things I have done in my entire day and finding ways to be improve myself and be a better version the next day just as I mentioned in the beginnig.

    My target for this year 2023 is shoulder and calfes.Both of these muscles i have lacked a lot in my first of year of gym.I had started doing lateral raises and standing calf raises for building.This is my second year of building as i am teenager i will give my best in it.😊

    Since I was very little, I was very fat. Although I wouldn't say I was obese, I was quite close to it. During the lockdown when I was 13 yrs old, I started doing the so called 'get rid of belly fat'. I did lose some weight because I was also eating less and even those exercises were some kind of physical work. I then quit doing these until the school restarted. I was still a little fat and used to get teased so decided to start exercising again.
    That's when I found your channel and slowly gained knowledge about what exactly was muscle gaining and fat loss and spot reduction. And then I started weight training. Fortunately, due to my father's interest in it, I had a barbell and some weights along with dumbells at my home. I started following your advices and doing resistance training at my home. It's been a about 9 months since I started that and I've lost quite a bit of fat and gained some muscles.
    I am almost 16 years old and have been working out at home. I will soon reach my maximum hypertrophy with the weights I have available at home. Due to studies, I avoided joining gym but in 11th, I look forward to going to a gym and train. I also want to track my macros and fulfill my daily protine requirements and I am gonna need protein powder for that for sure since I'm a vegitarian (gonna use ur code ofc). By the end, I see myself having put on quite a bit of muscle and being lean. I also want to especially grow my back and legs since these Pull and Legs are the days I feel I am lacking on (legs especially) I definitely want to see yours (physique and channel) as well as my progress this year.
    I felt I should tell you this since you motivated my so much and guided me through this. I don't really bother about winning the giveaway, I'm just happy about you making content. Thanks for guiding thousands like myself.

    I started doing home workout from 1.5 years, and joined Gym from September 2022. In this journey I gained 9 kg( from 50 to 59),now in last two months l gained negligible waight.(because of insufficient diet). I have not get suppliment's so far.
    My 2023 goal is- gain 10 kg muscular weight.
    I am physiotherapy student and can relate your content- the way you explain every excercise and body movements by explaining body biomechanics.

    Started at 54 ..currently 67 kg I used to work out without any knowledge back then.. But in 2019 I had watched lots of international fitness videos.. But sometimes I wasn't able to understand the way they are saying... Then I search for indian fitness and find your channel sir.... And I find that you are just like those trustful international fitness influencer.. As you make things sorted... My started taking creatine as only supplement... And I see a huge difference...     i started my journey in june 2022, right after i left my hometown for my college, as i lived in a hostel and in was financially restricted i had to struggle a lot to fulfill my macro requirements. and honestly there were no good trainers in my gym then i was searching for back and bicep exercises then i saw the video 'worst 5 mistakes during back workout' of jeet sir, ever since then my life changed i watched almost every video he made even his initial videos on macros and micros. i have seen many videos but the way jeet sir explains things is impeccable. even the trainers in my gym still dont talk to me because i never ask for exercises because i have my own workout plan and ppl asks me about it. and i just suggest them one thing that "jeet selal sir ko follow karo " and he has influenced many men like me who are living away from their house and not financially independent, jeet sir gave me something which is essential for every lifter "guidance". and the thing i love about him is that he's a natural athlete. Which boosted my morale even more. i don't want gift from jeet sir i just want to meet him in person for at least one time in my life. i just want to thank him for everything he has done for me.     I believe setting up clear goals is vital for actually improving yourself. It makes it more easy and fun to work. It also gives you an boost in discipline, motivation and purpose. I want to set up goals for 2023, I already have some suggestions, but I would like to get some tips.
    By the end of 2023, I will have accomplished:
    Gain 10 kg muscle (weigh 70 kg)
    Average A in final grades (Mostly A's)
    Start building daily habits like: reading, meditating, 8 hours of sleep
    Improve my physical, mental and social health
    Improve my time management (less time on social media)

    2022- I had an back injury in January 2022 and then I stopped the gym and to overcome this I done back excerices at home, but I gained the fat and weight too. And I started the gym in June 2022 and reduce the fat % till now is 18-19%.
    2023- And my aim for 2023 is reduce the fat to 18 to 10 - 12% and maintain it. And keep the lower back safe also.

    I was a skinny boy, I trained myself for 6 months in 2022 and gain 10 kg muscle, my diet was just hostel food, black chana some time 2-3 eggs, and Sir your fitness advice make me able to achieve this, I want to continue myself in this year to gain muscle and stay healthy, I will improve my exercise technique with your advice and will do hard in gym

    My goal for 2023 is to be even more disciplined with my entire schedule of the day. Staying fit, learning more about fitness, and body is my long term aim. In 2022 I've made my body habituated to workouts such that no matter what I need to workout or I won't feel energetic the entire day.
    I still workout at home. I use resistance bands of different resistances and calisthenics exercises( plus some weights) for my workout. Thanks to trainers like you, I have been able to understand the biomechanics of the body and different muscles. I have used this knowledge to design workouts for myself using the above said equipment. I am aiming not just hypertrophy but explosiveness as well. Hopefully I stick to the process and achieve my goals.

    My weight is 96kgs right now, when I started working out in 2022 I was 102kg back then, I lost around 6 kg and gained some decent muscle mass as well, I'm still kinda overweight tho, so now my goal for 2023 is to lose more body fat while trying to maintain my muscle mass or maybe even increase it, I don't wanna go super lean, my ideal body fat percentage would be around 14-15% I hope I can get there by the end of 2023.

    Mene 2022 Me September me start kya or ab me jada tar exercise karna sikh gaya hu ab me 6 month bulking karunga 10 kg tak uske bad fir cutting matlab 2024 tak mujhe ek achi body chahiye jo dikhne me lage ki banda gym jata hai

    My 2023 resolution is to be consistent in the gym and do exercises with progressive overload. I'm a beginner, vegetarian, and from a middle-class family, so I can't afford a protein supplement, so it's hard for me to meet my protein requirements. So I'm looking for a job that I can do part-time, apart from my studies. And my second resolution is to study 12 hours a day, build discipline, wake up every morning in brahma mahurat, meditate for at least 15 to 30 minutes, and practise gratitude daily.
    In October 2022, I started working out and followed the insane bulk programme for 3 months consistently, building a habit of going to the gym 6 days a week and being consistent. And track daily how much I lift in Excel and progressively overload the next session. I learned many things from your channel, like how to properly squat, bench, deadlift, and perform many other exercises, and I mastered perfect form. I studied for 5 to 6 hours daily in 2022.

    Sir first a fall ap youth k liye bahot inspiration ho aur 2023 k mere goals hai sir mujhe 6 to 7 kg fat drop karna hai aur pure muscle gain karna hai. In 2015 i was playing local body building completion but after my mom's died maine sab chod diya aur gym pe in regular hogaya that's y I gain fats aur muscle kam hogaye isliye mujhe apna purana wala physic achieve karne ki koshish karna hai...hope so

    2022 ke stating me I was very sikni then I started bulking and in 1 year me mene 20-30 kg weight badaya vo bhi darti bulking se or ab 2023 me mene cuting start ki he or Mera ess sal ka plen he 10-15 % body fat Tak aana he and bulking se ab cutting Tak jo bhi nolej I gen vo 95% apke video se liya he tax for meking video it's 100% work for middle class boyes ❤️🙏
