What a beautiful graveyard, kept so neat and tidy. That mausoleum was amazing and to see so much through a tiny hole in the door. Well done Sue, you always please us with beautiful churches too. Thank you 💕🇦🇺
Wow Sue these stones have some of the most beautiful carvings. And I love the sentiments "entered into rest" or "fell unto sleep". Amazing...... and the church very beautiful.
How nice you were able to get into the church. Very pretty inside and so much history. The mausoleum was also interesting to be able to see what we could inside. Beautiful setting. Thank you Sue!
The Roses headstone is beautiful. Very fitting for their Surname. 🌹 Wow Sue you did so well with the Camera to see through that tiny hole In the Mausoleum It was great to look inside, and so interesting. And the beautiful dog was a delight to see too. As always thank you so much Sue. 🤗💖
Lovely graveyard, beautiful church, and those stained glass windows are gorgeous. What an amazing find, to see the coffins in the mausoleum. Loved the video. Thank for sharing Sue. God Bless and take care ❤
That church is beautiful and the stained glass is just magnificent. Being able to see inside the mausoleum was fascinating. Great job!! Thank you, Sue!! 💜💜
The church and graveyard is spectacular just beautiful and so nice to see how great it is kept up. The mausaleum so nice also. The coffins and all inside in very good shape too. Thanx for a lovelely walk . God bless ❤😊❤😊
What a beautiful church and graveyard. The tombstones are very interesting. I'm impressed by the clarity of your footage of the interior of the mausoleum. The glorious Autumn colours and fallen leaves were the "icing on the cake" (The Autumn is my favourite season of the year) How lovely that the dog appeared at the end. Thank you Sue
Thank you Sue. It was nice to see inside that Beautiful church. The Stainglass is beautiful. It was amazing to see inside the mosaleum. The grounds are beautifully kept. My family and I are catching up. When we can at least my husband, my oldest 2 sons.teenagers sit and watch with me. Even if I watch alone, I always enjoy your videos. God Bless. Love, respect and positivity always. Neita James. 👍🕯🙏🦋🌠✨🌻.🙂👋.
Beautiful Church ,the windows were Stunning .I loved the graveyard and wasn’t that Crypt something special.concidering it only had two holes in the door,we got a pretty good look inside…Thank you for the adventure Sue..Lovely day for you too..Love n Light 🥰
Hi Sue. Once again, a wonderful video of a beautiful church, graveyard, and mausoleum. I too enjoy mausoleums and being able to view inside of them. As old as that property is, it is kept very well. Thank you for showing this vid for us. Take care and God bless Sue. ❤🙏
The only time that I visited Ireland was in November and it was so amazing with the mists and fall-colored leaves 🍁🍂, but yet everything was still so green. ☘ That was years ago and I really cherish that memory. That stained glass is gorgeous! 😊
@@SerenitySueGraveyards Thanks Sue! Yeah, really loved Ireland! We stayed at bed & breakfasts - no hotels. That's really the only way to do it because we stayed in people's homes and that way we got to know the culture and way of life better. I can remember this one lady where we stayed at her house and how surprised she was when she heard we had no children and we weren't planning on having them anytime soon! 🤭 My husband's father's family were the Flahertys from the Dingle Peninsula. I enjoy your videos!
A great day for walking here ☀️and how interesting loved seeing inside,I think the rubble was a broken down coffin, the top lead 1 has collapsed in on itself,so interesting 😀
Awesome video Sue! Thanks for allowing me to join your channel! Absolutely beautiful. Church and quiet, peaceful cemetery. Looking forward to seeing more of your work. Penny Cope Sheridan, Arkansas. USA
Thank you Sue. A small, but well cared for cemetery; it's too bad those broken markers aren't repaired. I can't believe you were able to view the inside of the mausoleum as well as you did, good work. Plus a stroke of luck your getting into the church, it was very pretty. All that and a friendly dog at the end LOL. Thanks again. ❤
Your brilliant at finding mausoleums! Love them they are fascinating and I didn't even know there were many in Ireland! More places for my drives this summer ☺️
Thanks for another adventure, Sue! Notification of a new one is something I'm always glad to see in my inbox. That interior memorial seemed disproportionate to the size of the church. One of those fibrescope cameras that plumbers and electricians have would have been useful in getting a view inside the mausoleum but I think you succeeded in filming most of it. And it was nice of a canine friend to put in an appearance at the end!
What a beautiful day to go for that walk. You got a really good view in that mausoleum of the lead coffins, considering you were just using your camera. I am actually right now experimenting with many different drain cameras at the moment for a present mission I am on, and I’ll let you know which one works best. The main challenge is getting a quality high resolution imaging, because most of them have only 1080 and the image is pretty bad. I’ll let you know which one works best, you should be able to order it on Amazon.
Cheers Ron, we were looking at them too, delighted to get a glimpse inside, sometimes it just works for us when not expecting, I think there were 3 in there loved the roof of this one such work goes into them ❤❤
Beautiful church ⛪️ I love that style of architecture. The graveyard is in great condition, or so I think. The mausoleum is very interesting, great job getting that look inside. Those broken, or toppled monuments, do you think they were caused by time, or vandalism, or both? Great video, thank you very much Sue and GV. Take care.
Beautiful Sue. If the walls could talk what they could share. I use to be a tour guide with Mt Hope Cemetery in Rochester New York U.S.A. and many of our mausoleums were broken into or the brass and metals taken for the war efforts of the 1940's. Mostly I believe taken to be sold at "scrap yards." Nothing compares to the Fall season for the beauty of the colours and the sound of the wind rustling the leaves... :)
Wow Len, what a fantastic job you had 😯 most of our mausoleums are completely bricked up so to get a peep inside always excites me. We don't have grand mausoleums like America has but I adore them all ❤
They are all very beautiful.❤ I ended up having my tours last too long, according to the managing group there. But as you know, there is so much to share when you do the background research and know the meanings of the symbolism, the "Latin," and the background history. The tour groups enjoyed it but I couldn't keep it to a "set" time slot like 30 minutes to keep them happy. When your showing the graves of Susan B. Anthony and Frederick Douglas who are buried there and you're also answering questions its hard to be under a watch.
Have you been to st Mullins cemetery. Sue. I do believe I have family ancestors there . I shall have do some digging now after watching this video 😍 TFS. From 🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺
@@SerenitySueGraveyards 😅 I know the feeling. I've had the same winter coat for 30 years. I get to wear it at most one week out of the year. It doesn't get very cold were I live. The mountains and higher elevations get pretty cold, sadly not in the valley.
@@SerenitySueGraveyards It's not too bad. Many people flock to Arizona from the colder states and Canada, during the winter. They are affectionately known as "snow birds". Yesterday it was 90° F (32° C) here. That was a bit too warm for my liking and 10 degrees above normal for November. I was driving with my air conditioning on, thinking "this is insane, I'm sweating in the middle on November!" 😂 The nights are cooler 60°F or 15°C. I keep the windows open at night. If you ever visit. I'll take you to some nice cemeteries and haunted towns.
