The perfume was Kilian Paris Angel’s Share and Replica Coffee Break together for everyone asking in the comments. She shared it on IG stories and I saved a screenshot lol.
Thank you for posting this 😂😅
Thank you so much
I was coming to ask this question! Thank you 😊
Oh I love the coffee break but the angel is not my vibe now I wonder how they be mixed together lol
Thank you! I was like did I miss it! I want to be completed by "elderly" men! 😂 seriously though I'm about to buy it..! Lol
The only issue I have with famous/influencers using GLP1’s is when they lie about them using it. So, Sarah thank you for being honest!!!!!!
I totally suspect Chrisspy is on medication but she won't admit it. She's claiming spiritual awakening or some crap. I'm not buying it! I think most people who were fat last year and thin this year after a lifetime of weight struggles are using these medications. I am one of them. 😂
Who lied?
I totally agree. I mean we all fall off the wagon trying new stuff. Just be honest about it. Not people constantly watching you eat and the only thing I see is everyone obsessed with sugar free creamer but have 4 coffees a day.
I kind of disagree. I just dont like when they claim they did it with just diet and excercise. I dont feel like people should have to share their med info with the world
I started tearing up when you were describing your body being in pain from you, just trying to be active. Thank you for being so open and vulnerable. Best of luck on this new journey! Yay!!!!!
I almost got teary eyed as well because I thought it was just me who thought and felt that. I just started Wegovy yesterday-praying and hoping for the best!
I really do admire that as far as Sarah has came in her Social Media journey and how much her fan base has grown also with how very stable she has become… she NEVER let that change who she is, and she’s always been very authentic from the start to now. When I have seen so many people that become so well known and loose themselves in their successes. I applaud Sarah for keeping her authenticity and who she is even with all she’s achieved. Here’s to me hoping she sees this 😊
Idk if I missed it. But what the heck is a GLP1? Was it ever explained? And why did you have to go all the way to California for the prescription? I am so confused.
The way my food noise is GONE on this med is life changing. I can still emotionally eat, but I do it SO much less. I'm excited for you!!
I had the Roux-En-Y in September of 2022 and I have lost 135lbs post op and 130lbs pre-op. Total loss of 265lbs.
I went from a size 22 and 2XL to now a size 6/8 and small.
It’s life changing and I’m so excited for you!
My sister got the surgery last year.
Well before most even knew what it was... Same. :) RNY will be 21 yrs ago on the 21st of this month. Best decision I ever made & have maintained since. Better yet, zero diabetes meds in over 20 yrs. Eating to live vs living to eat.
I started my GLP1 journey last year started at 230 and now I’m at 204. I’m so excited to see your journey ❤
Hi. What is a GOP1? I've tried everything to lose weight and I'm giving up.
I appreciate you always being so honest and open with us. Best of luck in your journey
Been on one since Oct. 20th, have lost 25 lbs. It's amazing what this medication does to your brain. No more food noise and its been freeing. I didn't realize how much I obsessed about what I was going to eat and when. Hope the best for you!
So excited to follow you on this journey! I hope you feel better from whatever bug you were picking up at the end!
I have been looking into starting a GLP1 and I am so excited to see your journey!!! Let’s do this!!
Sarah! I know that sharing this info is very hard! I’ve been on a GLP-1 since January 3, 2023.. it’s been an awakening for me, I started the meds weighing 306lbs, and today I’m at 240. I could have be further along, but I haven’t incorporated much exercise just yet, as I can relate to the pain you described in the beginning of your video, but I do walk more and opt to take the stairs more frequently than in the past. I look forward to more of your glp-1 content.
@cynthia-2881 mind sharing what program you used?
@@brittneydinson4984 good morning Brittney, I didn’t have a specific program to follow. My primary doc and I decided to talk about my weight loss options, because I have struggled with my weight all of my life, and at the point she and I spoke I was heading to my highest weight.. I was talking about bariatric surgery, and she mentioned the GLP-1 option, and I decided to give it a try. The medication wasn’t immediately available, I saw my pcp in July 2022, and I didn’t get the medication until January 2023. I got frustrated and asked my pcp for a referral to a bariatric specialist to talk about surgery options. And the day I had my consult the bariatric nurse clued me in on the medication being available again. I called my pharmacy right after that visit and boom it was there. Anyway long story long, I started the meds, titrated to a higher dose every 4 weeks, and followed my body’s lead, I could not binge eat like I used to, I could barely eat anything, instinctually I bought myself protein shakes and things like that, because I was struggling. I was pretty much figuring it out on my own. I hope that was helpful! I’m happy to share more of my experience😊
The way you talk about the process of everything seems much more focused on making sure you're still giving your body the nutrients it needs, which I feel some "weight loss" programs don't do. Wishing you all the love on this new journey ❤❤
Excited to watch your journey!! I have been curious about this since it came out but due to cost and anxiety stayed away from it. Looking forward to seeing how it works for you ans getting a better understanding of the program!
Excited for you, Sarah! I started Mounjaro in October 2022, and have lost 155 lbs since then. It switched off the cravings and made WW so easy to stick to! Just got to a “normal” BMI for the first time ever, from size 4X/26 down to M/10😁 It’s not always easy to be on it though- nausea and constipation can get nasty. Just watch out for greasy foods and stop eating when you start to feel full. Also it helps to take your shots at night, with a big protein meal before. Hope it goes well, cheering you on!
Hi Sarah, I have been on a GLP-1 medication for a month now, and even within this short period of time I can say it has made SUCH a huge difference. I am able to go through my day without thinking about food all day, as well as having better energy levels and noticing that I am less bloated overall. I have lost weight, yes, but I can see that loosing the weight will come sustainably (I've lost about 11lbs) and that focusing on not just the number, but the way that the medication is helping to balance my food noise, energy levels and the way I FEEL in my body has been the most important changes for me! I pray that this is a fantastic journey for you and that you can get clarity on some ways in which GLP-1 medications can aid you in your journey to a healthier you!
I need to research GLP1 more to decide what I think. I wish people success in trying to develop healthier eating and losing weight along the way. But I'm not used to Sarah doing a video selling a product so much. You really drank the Kool Aid on this one.
@@christinawrobel4869 You are supposed to do those things alongside the GLP-1, you're mistaken if you think people are taking these meds and doing nothing else.
@@yallthought8444 Most people know they have to make changes, but it's still hard to always choose the right foods. The same way after surgery. That's why you can always still gain the weight back.
@@christinawrobel4869 Hi Christina, no drinking of Kool Aid here. I did plenty of research, as I am sure Sarah did too, before making the decision. It is not cheap to be on this medication especially when insurance doesn't cover it and it is experiencing a shortage in most (if not every) states. I, like many others who choose to go on one, recognize that it is because they have struggled to loose weight even while eating well and exercising. Personally for me I have always been over weight and lost about 70lbs before being on a medication for a previously diagnosed chronic condition. I did not change diet or my exercise routine much when being on that medication and kept off the weight for about 4 years before gaining it back gradually over the last couple without changing my diet or exercise again. This tells me that compared to others my body may not have the same amount of hormones, chemicals, or processing that most "normal" people do who are within a healthy BMI. It was then brought to my attention that there were a new group of medications GLP1's which had been helping those who have struggled with life long obesity and other health issues like PCOS, that was helping with food noise, and overall balancing of the bodies digestive system in order to help them loose weight. I did a lot of research, watched many videos, read many medical articles, and finally decided that I would bite the bullet (and the bill) to try it out. That being said I am very happy with my decision, and have seen great results and plan to continue this medication, probably for the majority of the rest of my life, in order for my body to maintain functioning the way most "normal" people with healthy bmi's do. If this amount of though and research is considered to mean that I "drank the Kool Aid on this one," than perhaps I will continue to drink it and be happy and no longer have my body image, weight, or food noise, mess with my mental ability. I think that to insinuate that anyone who is taking this route or trying it out because they have decided it is right for them should not be a time for you to bash them or bring them down for "drinking the kool aid" when you yourself are saying that you have not done enough research to decide, well maybe they have or haven't but I think it should be an opportunity to give those individuals more power to them, rather than bringing them down by hinting that they are doing it for a trend or only because they are getting paid.
I hope you have a great day and continue to research to decide it this is the right path for you.
Wish you all the best,
Drea
She's back wooo. I'm so excited to go with you on your journey. ❤
Ahhh I can’t wait to follow along w you on this amazing journey. So excited for you to try something new. Regardless of the outcome, sending you the best wishes to achieve exactly what it is you want and need!!❤
Yay! SRV was in SOCAL ❤ Welcome to LA! So happy for you with your GLP1 journey! I have been on this journey since May 2023 and have and still embracing the success of this medication. I started my weight at 158. I am down to 130. I’m only 5’ tall so I am still looking to get down another 15 pounds. But all the other benefits such as lab work is also a positive.
You are going to see how beneficial this is and will have great success in achieving your health goals. We love you SRV! Much love from SOCAL ❤❤❤❤
Really excited to have you share this journey with us ! ❤🎉
Im on a GLP1 and it works for me. I also started WW because of you (wasnt able to use your code) and i love the GLP1 program on there. Only focusing on protein, water and fruits/veggies has been GREAT for me.
Im so excited for your journey.
Love the transparency, I’m also considering it too. If I’m eligible I think it’s worth trying. I make an effort to eat well and exercise almost daily, but it’s still hard. I also appreciate that you’re being honest about your quality of life at a heavier weight and being realistic about making changes. It’s a sensitive/difficult topic for many but the way you talk about shows it’s okay to want to change and it doesn’t have to come from a place of built or disliking their body.
Can’t wait to follow your progress, I have also been on GLP-1 for 9 months best thing ever! You got this!
I am so excited to follow along on this journey with you. I am also on a GLP-1. It is so great to have someone that I watch consistently to relate to! Thank you for sharing! ❤
Same…will be staying tuned in…I’m about 6 months in and 52lbs down . Ozempic…was diagnosed type two. Never heard the term food noise but yet I know EXAcTly what u mean. Thanks for sharing please share more about what you learned. I need to invest the out of pocket money for the nutritionist that was recommend but not covered under my work insurance. HMU if anyone can help cover that cost for me. 🙏🏼
Soo excited for you sarah!! And thank you for bringing us along.❤❤❤
For all the people saying the medication comes with risks, all medications have risks but your doctor should go through ALL the possible side effects and what to look out for before you start a medication. If they don't or they say you won't have issues ask them because a good doctor would be upfront and transparent ❤
GLP1 is the best decision I have ever made for myself. PCOS girly here and I’m one year in and almost 100 lbs down. The food noise is gone and I’m learning healthy portions for the first time. I wish you all the best of luck on this journey!
Yay a new video!!! Excited for you about the new program!
I have been a type 2 diabetic since March of last year. I was placed on mounjaro and have lost over 85lbs. It’s been a journey. There have been good days and bad days like with anything else. I am finally on a maintenance dose to just keep everything in line. Good luck Sarah on your journey! I adore your content. ❤
I’m so happy for you Sarah and this journey. Trying to lose weight is a full time job. I lost over 145 lbs in 2018 and then gained it all back. I so miss the way I felt when I was smaller, my family is going to Nashville this summer and they want to go horseback riding. I can’t. I’m over the weight limit, I won’t be able to participate in this core memory with my child. It’s heart breaking.
If I was financially able to go the medical route, I would 100% do it. Excited to see this journey for you, and can’t wait to see what you think!
YAY! So excited for your journey! I had WLS so i’m interested in seeing how this works!! Also, so happy for a vlog, thank you!!
Girl, i can relate, pre-op I had so much aches and pains. Glad that you are trying this and hope it works for you!
So happy for you. Excited to hear about your experience. ♥
So happy to see you back, sorry you've been unwell though!! Hope you're on the mend😊❤ Good luck with the new meds, hope it works for you, but whatever size you are, you're beautiful❤inside and out!
So excited for you! You don’t have to hate your body to want to live healthier. Aesthetic goals are not the only driving force behind desired weight loss! Here for your journey!
I started a month ago on WW based on you talking about it! And I did sign up for the medication but been too scared to start it. Been putting off the labs. So thanks for talking about it! You’re amazing and I feel like I relate to you so much! Your the only yourtuber I will comment on 😅 good luck with your journey
Will be interested to watch this new journey. Glad you're feeling better! You always follow your gut, thankfully! Was happy to see your vlog today! 💛✨️
Thank you Sarah! ❤
You’ve convinced me to start this journey with you! ❤
Vlogs are back! Good morning Sarah 🌞
Congratulations! I'm so happy for you! You will look & feel so much better 🥰🥰🥰
I have had Arthritis since I was 25 years old. I'm now 49 and experience everything you said regarding pain and injuries. I started a GLP-1 in October 2023 and I've lost 15 pounds to date. I have 55ish pounds to get to my goal. I know that goal will get me feeling better pain and ache wise because 6 years ago I was at that weight and I was mainly pain-free. Menopause wouldn't let me lose more than 12 pounds most of last year.
I’m right there with you …I used to could drop weight ,but now I’m going thru menopause..I’m afraid of meds ..just trying to learn more and feeling like a pile of 💩 for judging my mom when I was younger thinking I’d never struggle like I am now w weight
Thank you for sharing your journey!! Can’t wait to see what’s next! 😊
I watched this Video a week ago and motivated me!!! went to the doctor yesterday got on the Gp1 medication along with Phetermine! Thank god I went to the doctor if it wasn’t for your motivation I would have never gone. I had some abnormal labs that need immediate attention!! So thank you!! ❤❤❤❤❤
So excited for you!❤❤
Excited to follow this journey you are on ❤ thank you for showing us this!
I am so excited for you!! I haven’t ever tried one, but I will be so curious to see how it goes for you, preferrably because you’re honest and trustworthy. best of luck. ❤
Love this so much for you!!! Glad youre feeling better ❤
Wishing you luck in your WW GLP journey. I’ll be following and rooting for you😊👍
I am so glad you are back and better! I was worried about you. I am looking forward to following your new journey.
Nice having you back!!!
I love ya Sarah!! I'm hopeful for fantastic results. Excited to follow along!
Can’t wait for you to share your progress!!
So happy for you and your new journey, Sarah!!! You will do great! I hope you are feeling better, too! I had that nasty cold virus that's been going around and it was awful. I'm surprised it wasn't Covid!
Happy New Year!!! Missed your vlogs!!❤
I know you are never one to make a decision lightly. Blessings on your new journey SRV❤
It’s important to consider who is paying all of the doctors and dieticians at this event to be there. I adore Sarah and absolutely hope for the best for her and I have also been fat my entire life and only want her to find happiness and health. Curious to follow her journey bc I believe she will be honest with her ups and downs with this experience.
This is a very important point!! The people there want you to take the drug. You have to decide if the information is balanced.
I got gastroparesis from a GLP-1. My GI system is paralyzed now from the slower gastric emptying effect of the drug. From the comments it seems like I’m in the minority but I’m wondering if this may be a more common long term side effect, because it also seems as soon as you stop the med the weight comes back
@@megc3001If they don't include the voices of those who have had negative effects like those suffering from gastroparesis then the info is just straight up not balanced and let's be realistic there's NO WAY they had anyone there telling stories of their bad experiences. That's counter productive for them.
I’m so happy for you!
I also start my very first GLP-1 today and I’m so excited :)
Excited for you!!!
Hi Sarah! Please continue to share your GLP-1 journey! I’m also getting ready to start a medication and I’m so nervous!
Girlie I got the gastric sleeve in June and I’m 93lbs down. I’m so excited for you. I considered semaglutide but since my insurance said they’d pay for my surgery .. I figured I’d just start saving for my skin removal 🎉. You got this girlyyyyt
How much did u weigh b4
Right on! I been here since SRV band experience…. I had rny in 2007! Good luck 🍀 with your skin removal! Document everything because in my experience insurance is quick to deny which is horrible…
i'm getting my sleeve in Feb 🥰
Congrats! I got my sleeve surgery in March of 2022 and I’m down 156 lbs and have been maintaining, started at 292 lbs.
I had ryn a month ago and I’m down 35 pounds!
I’m so excited for you girl and I’m so glad you are taking long with you on the journey cause I’m so curious if it really works. I have been thinking about trying it myself.
GLP1 changed my life, I hope you have great success with it girl.
I was on ozempic and at 11 months ended up in hospital because I couldn't eat or drink and couldn't sleep due to abdominal pain. After testing every organ then having Endoscopy they took me off it and I've been fine since. I hope it works for you. It definitely helped me until the pain
I have lifelong digestive issues and this is what scares me about it :-(
@@Mill875 yeah it's too bad. In the 12 months I was on it I lost 60lbs so it definitely was helping. I am just someone it didn't work for (well, it did for awhile).
@@Mill875yep I have gastroparesis now because of it, it’s horrendous
I can so relate to the aches and pains of moving my body. Especially having cerebral palsy and being wheelchair bound. Excited to follow your journey with this process.💜
Hooray a Sarah Vlog! 🎉🎉🎉
Starting this journey together. Yay! The only people who are mad about it are the ones who don’t want us to succeed 🎤 ❤
I’m just mad my insurance won’t pay for it!!
@@Megan-vz6udI was on one for over a year and then my insurance company decided to stop covering it so I had to stop. I’m so annoyed lol
Yayyyy 🎉🎉🎉🎉 we r back she is back ❤❤
Started Saxanda in July then it wasn't available so switched to wegovy in Sept. 40 pounds down and still dropping. The initial nausea was ok, but the constipation after about 4 months was rough. Magnesium glycinate is a great fix for this.wishing you great success and no side effects.
Good luck with your weight loss journey!❤
Excited to follow this journey! I started on Zepbound a week ago and already see such a huge difference!! Food noise is gone
Looking forward to following along. Happy you are doing what feels right for yourself
So happy for you 🎉 excited to follow your journey 🎉
So happy for you Sarah but so sorry you got sick 😷 😢 ❤
Woohoo I’m so glad to see you I swear I have a tear coming lol ❤❤❤❤❤ I’ve missed you beautiful!!!
WElcome back! Missed you and your videos. Thanks for another awesome video.
Yay its a vlog day!

I’m on Mounjaro. 70lbs down since April and the best thing I’ve ever done! Good luck 🎉💜😍
Sarahhhhhhhhhh 🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳 Thank Guuuuad You’re Back 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
OMG I missed you! ❤
Hey Sarah I just searched what Glp-1 is and dude I’m excited for you! I’ve seen other women’s journeys and they look amazing! Get it!!
Thank you for including us on your journey. Wow, didn’t realize how much your body is going through. One of my friends needed Knee surgery due to excess weight and got on Mongaro, she looks great and is happy she was able to get her knees working.
I'm about to hit one year on Mounjaro. It's been an absolute miracle. Even gastric sleeve surgery in 2015 failed me (lost only 40lbs and immediately went back up). I'm 5 pounds away from a "normal" BMI. I'm no longer obsessing over food which gives me room to do other things! I was 219lbs when I got my tummy tuck in 2022. It wasn't until I found your video did I know that was even an option for me. I dieted from 236 to 219 in order to be under a BMI of 40 for my surgeon. Getting rid of the hanging belly was a game changer for sure but I still wanted to lose more weight.
I'm currently 146 and looking to get to 141 or less. I feel amazing!! I'm getting a tummy scar revision, posterior abdominoplasty, thigh lift, and lipo to upper abdomen in one week!!!!
I should add that I have not followed any strict diets this past year. I have not tracked my calories or intake at all. The medication has made it easier to make better choices because I'm not obsessing or having cravings. I will still eat McDonald's sometimes with my boys but often I cannot finish a four count nugget kids meal. I've lost over 60lbs easily with the only side effect being constipation that is easily managed on my own.
You will be amazed at how much food noise you had before the medication.
At what dosage did it really start working? I am now on 12.5 mounjaro and really struggling. I’m so afraid that it won’t work for me!
@@isacormier30 Oh gosh. I noticed it working even a little at the starter dose. I lost the most on 5 and 7.5. I'm just now about to bump up to 12.5. You might want to switch it up to a different drug or add something. Have you lost any?
I have been a GLP-1 medicine for about 6-8 months now and it's been a huge game changer for me. I have thyroid problems and arthritis in my knees and it's helped me so much. I'm down well over 50lbs. I have had alot of success and had changed my diet dramatically for me and wasn't loosing weight. I was doing everything and had zero change I started the medication and it's helped me a lot
Good luck Sarah! I started watching you when you had lapband! I also got mine in and out around the same time you did! I have the sleeve now and use Wegovy for maintenance :) I am excited for the future of weight loss!
My doc prescribed a weight loss drug for me, but my insurance covered so little that I couldn't even afford it even with a coupon from the company. 😕 I eventually ended up having gastric sleeve surgery February 2022. Do whatever you need to do to help you get to where you want or need to be. 😊 Wishing you all the best in this. 🙏🏾🙂
After having two babies in two years…girl I’m struggling! And I totally felt you saying your body hurts from doing normal people thing and some thing has to change…because me too! 😭 I’m so excited to follow this journey with you! You’re going to do amazing on it and be even more healthy! This summer, those bike rides will be a bit easier! ❤
I’ve been on Rybelsus for over a year. I’ve lost 50lbs. I was on it for insulin resistant PCOS. It was great to not constantly think about food and constantly act on my emotional eating. I still put in the effort of tracking food, exercising, and education.
I’m having issues with my insurance covering it as of Nov 27/2023. I’ve been off it for over a month. I’ve REALLY had to check in with myself and food now. I just finished reading “Smart People Don’t Diet” and it’s helped me to rethink food and what I need to prioritize. I’ve been watching a lot of Will Tennyson’s videos too.
I was on Ozempic in 2022 and lost 25 pounds before my Insurance stopped covering it in 2023 and that's when I realized how much it helped with regulating my binge eating. I can't remember how many months I went before I went to the Dr again to get on something else and over the last 6 months it has helped a lot. When it comes to food I prioritize protein and fiber which when I don't get in my protein I notice it.
It really helps to regulate binge eating. Last night I had an episode and ate so much more than was needed. I was able to check in with myself and drink some water and stopped. It happens much more than I thought it would now. My doctor comes back from Maternity leave in a couple months and I’m hoping to get on something else. Or have my insurance approve me for coverage sooner.
Have missed you most in my life. Have fun girl.
I can't wait to see you do a what i eat in a day on the meds! Cuz girl I am struggling with ideas!
“Turn it down babe” 😆 I love herrrr 💕🫶
I have missed you SO much 😂 Walker Texas Ranger was one of my favorites when I was little. And Dr Quinn haha
Looking forward to watching your journey! Good on you for getting the info first. The mental health aspect I've heard about Ozempic scared me away from being interested in any weight loss medication to be honest, but maybe your experience will change my mind. Thanks for sharing and being real, girl. That's one of the many reasons we love you!
Sarah, you have been doing amaaazing on your journey! and Im excited to see how the next part goes for you.
in addition to that, you might want to consider going to a chiropractor for an adjustment, or most likely a series of adjustments. just living our lives can knock stuff out of alignment and cause chronic pain. the chiro just helps get stuff back in place. it helps with my lower back and hip pain.
Just started my journey a few weeks ago. Very excited for you.
Oh Sarah. We love you and I hope you are very careful with meds.
Hiiii! Welcome back! 1st likey 🎉🎉🎉
We have similar bodies and I also deal with the back, hip and knee pains and what I found helps me is strength training. Cardio messes me up badly but strength training has helped strengthen my back a ton and also helps with weight loss while toning. I fear these medications will make you lose weight rapidly which will cause the loose skin and no muscle definition. It’s hard but I feel like in the long run the best thing to do is strengthen your joints and muscles! But it’s your body and I support your decision! I’m excited to see your journey and I pray it’s nothing but a positive experience for you!
I started my WW journey last month and have lost 10lbs and love it! I don't feel deprived! Would love to see more recipes from you🤍
I’m so jealous. I was on one but my insurance stopped covering it. I only had it for 2 months but it had helped me so much with food noise in that time period as well as weight. It was life changing for me and I cried a lot when I found out ins was not going to cover anymore.
