People keep excusing her terrible skin due to hormones. Here's what people forget. VISERAL FAT IS HORMONALLY ACTIVE. Alex being obese DOES affect her skin/acne. She can test her diet all she wants. She needs to lose weight. She's tried all this crap and she's not done the one thing that does affect hormones and that's losing visceral fat! I'm saying this as someone with PCOS. My PCOS is now under control because I lost 100 lbs. Yes, what she eats matters. But she still needs to lose the fat
Edit: Also, all that vegan crap is HIGHLY over processed. They tend to be extremely high in sodium and additives to get it to taste normal. Processed vegan crap is just as bad as regular crap.
No, not all vegan commercial food is crap. That's a myth. There are plenty of options with good ingredients available today. I have allergies and intolerances and have to read labels very carefully and so I really do know the difference.
@@jwoolman5I think they mean most of the vegan “cheese” and vegan desserts snacks etc. They are over processed and not great for u 😅
@ximar0ckstrx This is exactly what I was going to say. Body fat, especially visceral fat, is VERY hormonally active.
I was looking for someone to say this.
That is a great long term solution to her skin issues.
But and immediate place to start would be showering everyday and cleaning her makeup brushes and sponges.
I actually felt queasy looking at her applicators.
Hair wash day for her and Bruno. She’s really busy running a nursing home
If Alex doesn't improve her personal hygiene she is going to be very sick. Her face has open, wounds. This is why i question her IQ,her ability to think logically, common sense is non existent.
She has a shopping addiction. Of course she sees going dairy free for a whole whopping 14 days as an excuse to buy out the store of expensive vegan options. Most people would just eat regular food that doesn't have dairy in it, which is most. She's does not know how to problem solve outside of buying things.
She has the money for it. Whatever will keep her away from dairy for the required time is worth it. Yes, it's not necessary for us lesser mortals on a budget. But the important thing is for her to get through the test. If this helps her do that, it's fine. I don't think she is ready for truly simple eating. If she feels too deprived, she is likely to quit.
When I tested for food allergies decades ago, I ate very simply, just one or two foods at a time but eating several times a day to get calories and nutrition in. I did not worry about "caloric nuts and seeds" or count calories. I was eating entirely according to my appetite, which turned out to be quite reliable for me. Today of course it's easy to just get a free food tracker and let it calculate macros. But this was ancient times so I did spot checks occasionally just to check protein and fiber.
I was feeling so bad at that point before testing that I was highly motivated to just do the simple rotation approach. She has not reached such a point and so could lose motivation easily. Especially if she doesn't see instant results. So let her fill her kitchen with all the commercial vegan stuff. It's a crutch but maybe one that she needs at this time.
I quickly discovered that dairy and egg were major allergens for me, so after that my basic food groups were:
Nuts
Seeds
Grains
Veg
Fruit
Beans/legumes/lentils
Nutritional yeast/mushrooms
Oil/fat
I hit each group once a day and ate as much as I wanted for each meal. I also rotated items in each group each day so there was at least a couple of days between eating the same thing, but often had a longer interval because there were so many options in the group. I initially rotated oils from different sources but decided later I didn't need to do that.
Can't get easier than this and I didn't need any prefab commercial foods. It was quite relaxing to eat this way. I revert a bit to this way if under a lot of stress. I was never hungry but my weight zoomed down pretty quickly to my proper weight - so fast that I probably was shedding a lot of water weight, which tends to come along with untreated food allergies.
Eating regular foods and being dairy free would mean she’d have to avoid cheese…..HER NUMBER 1 DIETARY STAPLE!!!!!!!
@@ashoolee2734- yup, underneath that frantically cheerful exterior is probably a woman terrified that she will discover her skin problems really are due to dairy. That's why I don't mind that she is hauling home so many dairy alternatives. Maybe she will like enough of them to make her less afraid of testing. I would have advised different ones in some cases based on my long personal experience, but she loves to buy stuff and has the money.
If she really is sensitive to dairy, eliminating it may actually calm down other food cravings. Allergies mess us up in many different ways that aren't so obvious. I myself found that non-dairy alternatives did not trigger any impulses to overeat as I had experienced with the dairy versions, even when the non-dairy versions tasted at least as good.
Although I think she needs a longer test period. My food allergies were obvious right away during testing (like within 15 minutes, often quite dramatically...), since I had eliminated the foods and was reintroducing everything one at a time. That really makes a difference in the intensity of the reaction. But I would expect effects on skin issues to take longer to show themselves.
I agree with everything you’ve stated. She also utilizes this project as content and to up her subscriber count. So many people have mentioned to try going dairy free that she knows that her videos will pop up when true sufferers are searching for answers. When she drops the act she will snap at anyone who questions her. She has previously pretended to go dairy free. Acne has been a hot topic on her channel just as dieting is. If she buckled down and cleared her acne and lost substantial weight she would literally have zero content. Another reason I believe she wants children for content on her down word spiraling channel.
You made such a great point that she doesn’t need all that processed vegan bullshit to go dairy free. Just the basics like fruit veg meat carbs. But that’s what she does in order to avoid eating the right stuff. She’s always doing “hacks” that still let her eat what she wants but in a different way. She has no will power to just follow the rules.
If she just wants to test dairy, it really doesn't matter as long as she completely cuts out dairy. But yes, she doesn't absolutely need the prefab commercial vegan food. The important thing is to keep herself from quitting the test. Especially since she really needs a longer test than planned. Simpler would be easier to interpret, of course, but baby steps.
Exactly. Everyone that “goes vegan” but eats ultra processed food is wild to me. They want the illusion of health not the behaviors that make veganism healthier for some people
@@prezhenz6969- you're assuming that eating vegan is for people who are into full--blown healthier make-it-yourself eating according to your criteria for that. All it means is that they no longer eat animal products. That's all. Their food preferences haven't otherwise changed. Contrary to what some Orthodox Vegans believe, they don't have to sign on to a wider agenda.
If I weren't allergic to dairy, I would still be eating commercial dairy ice cream. Instead, I am thankful for all the junky vegan-friendly options for ice cream today (thank you, Ben & Jerry). I don't eat more than about 1/4 cup at a time and just occasionally because they are so expensive.... But I truly am grateful that they exist because my homemade attempts over the years have been less than satisfying. I don't want "healthy" ice cream, I want the full junk food experience.
I've been eating vegetarian since I was in my early 20s (and didn't like meat much before that) and vegan for about the past 50 years. I usually keep it simple but sometimes I just want something resembling a Cheeto. Also I can't eat wheat bread very often so good non-wheat crackers are very useful for me and although I know how to make simple ones, I really don't want to bother any more since so much wonderful variety is now commercially available.
Not everybody loves making their own food from scratch. Most people in this world actually don't prepare their own food. But it's still possible to eat well that way. There are many options today of processed vegan foods with good ingredients and nutritional profile. That was not so true 50 years ago. Or even 20 years ago. I scrutinize every label and use a food tracker to keep an eye on protein and fiber.
That's why there is a market for alternatives to the meat, dairy, and egg products we grew up on. Turns out that even just replacing animal protein options with commercial processed vegan protein options does make a difference in health for some medical conditions, though. But if you really want to make a difference in serious health issues, going the minimally processed plant-based route is usually your best bet in many cases. But just doing that as much as possible also helps, so people can take a step by step approach to making changes.
Alex is very fond of her "crunchy foods", hence her attempt to just replace dairy versions with non-dairy. If it helps her deal with testing for dairy sensitivity, I wouldn't complain about it. I didn't do that when I tested, I kept it very simple, but I don't have her relationship with food and was fine with a very simple approach. I don't know if she is dairy-sensitive, but I do think it is important for her to find out and if the processed foods help her avoid quitting, so be it. She probably is scared of finding a sensitivity and needing to stop eating her beloved cheese, so that also makes it important for her to find some alternatives to soothe that fear.
The approach Momma Goob described she used sounds much better, of course, since simplifying your diet and then gradually adding potentially problematic foods will help detect allergies and intolerances much better. But Alex isn't a good candidate for that right now. She even is choosing only a two-week trial, which is a mistake. For skin issues especially, I think she needs more time.
Or she does this for views. She has nothing else to vlog about
And I thought that Amberlynn was the most obnoxious youtuber. Then along comes this women. Amberlynn’s stolen this woman’s personality.
My thoughts exactly!!
Oh no, ALR still holds the crown. She's a downright horrible person and has been on YT for a decade. All other gorls walk in her gigantic self absorbed shadow.
@@mcescher1957ALR is what led me to Alex 😂😂
Processed vegan food is not healthy. Where was the vegetables in the haul? How about staying away from oil and grease?
You can't make such a blanket statement. There are plenty of good commercial "processed" vegan food choices today, you just have to read labels and nutritional info. Watch out for stuff from regular supermarket brands, they are likely to be more problematic because the manufacturers have not been in that business long and just want to grab some of that market share for plant-based convenience food. There are others who have been producing good commercial vegan food for decades, long before plant-based was even in our vocabulary.
Alex has always valued quantity over quality.
How about drinking water?
My husband had gastric bypass years ago and he still can’t drink carbonated beverages.
I had my gastric bypass about a week before Alex, and I can drink carbonated drinks, as well. I don't take big gulps, but I doesn't bother me, and I'm still over 160lbs down. Not everyone is the same. People have to stop thinking that just because 1 person that had the surgery can't do something, that it means no one that had it can do it. It's not a one size fits all surgery.
@@curvynsweet511but it sounds like you've been very successful with your weight loss after surgery? Sadly for Alex she hasn't been as successful.
She´s so boring........
The reason she’s not going to share these things anymore is because she never went dairy-free in the first place. Guarantee she didn’t even make it a day.
Oh wow. Imagine checking reviews for each grocery item…get you a hobby!!
She doesn’t actually know how to do “simple makeup”.
Well, in her Instagram she must have been trying a new hobby. Candle making. Looks like she spilled wax on the floor?
@@Rivergirl168 oh I did see that! I suppose she is trying a new hobby after all!
I check reviews for new foods. Nothing wrong with that. Why not find out what other people think about it?
Amazon and CZcams are good sources for reviews. CZcamsrs often do comparison tests. No different than asking a friend for advice or if they tried it and liked it.
If you prefer to be surprised, that's ok also. But I don't want to spend a lot of money to find out that some food doesn't suit me at all. Reading reviews isn't a guarantee, but does help in making choices.
@@jwoolman5 oh I understand that completely. New things like that can be very pricey so I understand that part of it. Just seemed excessive to me in her video!
@@LauraGlitteringMoss- well, she’s kind of an excessive person in general.🙀

Thank you so much
I find it so strange she does grocery pick up allll the time. Like she doesn’t have the time to go and shop at the store….
She said it was "triggering" to see all of the choice so prefers to avoid walking the aisles in person.
@@Wendy_Bee- have to admit using Instacart does make it easier to just buy what you need, even before the prices were jacked up. She has a valid point if she is prone to impulse buys.
Right? Damn, the exercise alone would be good for her. I think not only does she do pick up orders, she has some of it delivered to her home. I make a list & stick to it. She needs to GROW up!
All alex thinks about is food.😂😂
Is thst bad? All I think about is how long I can put off eating so my cloghes will fit
Shit, ngl me too. I'm not 300+lbs and running a weight loss channel though so I don't have to hide me shame lol.
Exactly. You'd think shed get it by now. She's no where near as offensive as Chantal but Alex needs to get poop in a group@@AzuBei
Ok IF she is sticking to this ‘diet’ why hasn’t she lost any weight? See, this is why I don’t trust her.
Because the dairy substitutions including snacks are not really lower in calories.
I don’t understand how she has worked out consistently for a whole year but no change in her weight ?
She looks ridiculous
Does she not have PCOS? The extra androgens her body will make with PCOS can also produce a lot of acne.
The way you lost it at the "True Lime" 😂 gorl, same.
True Lime and True Lemon drink packets have been around for a very long time and are pretty tasty. I didn't pay a lot of attention to exactly what she was doing, so not sure why people are laughing about it. But the product is easily available everywhere now and is just a convenience.
I like True Lime and True Lemon also. I can get a box of 100 packets for $5, that's equal to 25 lemons or limes cut into wedges. We don't always get the nicest citrus here in Oregon and lemons/limes are typically 99 cents each at my Kroger.
@@tdublakeo- yes, I need something like that for some powdered medication I take and for swallowing pills in general. The True Lemon/Lime, Crystal Light Pure, and some electrolyte powders are useful since I have full control over how much I add. I have caffeinated powders as well, but don't always want caffeine.
After experiencing sticker shock in the local grocery store when going to buy lemons for more frequent use in drinks, I discovered that a cheaper and easier option is to get a bottle of organically grown lemon juice (also lime juice) from sources like Santa Cruz, Lakewood, and the Italian import Volcano. They are nothing like the yuck RealLemon stuff my mother always bought. No preservative taste and obviously much better lemons as the source. Kroger here is carrying one of them now, before that I bought online.
Know what helps with the majority of inflammation and hormone issues? Being at a healthy weight for your height and build. Personally I had horrible menstrual cramps leading up to and during. Losing weight made it so they are barely even there and my period lasts 3 days instead of 6. They also went from every 25 days to every 34 days. My skin cleared up. I don't suffer from bouts of indigestion and daily bloat. Amazing what happens when you stick to a lifestyle change to better your health instead of throwing money at it and expecting someone else to change for you.
👍
MommaGoob that is her kitchen. She has a mini fridge for drinks in there as well
Also cucumbers and hummus doesn’t make you gain weight, and usually doesn’t do anything negative to your skin Alex 🙄
Shes so damn ANNOYING
Those Amazon hoops really pissed me off. She’s never talked about that brand before. It’s always been Miranda Frye. She just bought those to link so she can get paid.
There is some very desperate linking going on.
@@janefriel6895 No kidding!
If someone purchases through their links and you end up buying other stuff.. they get paid for everything you bought in that one transaction through that link.
I think you’re right. She’s probably going through what other content creators are going through and taking BIG CUTS in their CZcams paydays because they’re looking at views and subscriber count. Her views have been in the toilet lately, so I’m sure those CZcams paychecks are light now. She has to push sponsored products and affiliate links to make up for it.
Alex needs to go to a dermatologist NOT SEPHORA! She has post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation on her face, and it's getting worse. That can lead to scarring.
Lead to? She has years of scarring
She wont go to a doctor because he or her is gonna tell her the truth about her weight
I wonder has Alex ever heard of " sepsis?". Her lack of hygiene, filthy hair, a dog in the house and open wounds. Sepsis kills and very rapidly.
Did she say 'sodee'? 😑
Yup.
She really is nutritionally uninformed. Nuts and cheese have low protein macros and are tremendously calorie dense. Her concern about not getting enough protein while being dairy free is so disingenuous. All these “alternatives” she needs for what she was eating before also show obviously that she has not been eating a bariatric safe diet, and she only has herself to blame here. Shredded cheese with every meal? Really Alex?
She only made it to day two dairy free experiment. I haven’t seen more after day two 😅
If Alex doesn't wanna get canceled, she might wanna reconsider how she interacts with her subs/followers. Her youtube channel is her money maker, if she wants to keep getting paid vlogging her boring life & monitize off of it, she needs to be nicer/more likeable before she loses everyone that supports her shopping addiction.
She will never get canceled due to her demented followers
@@angeliqueinhawaii actually her dislike ratio is saying otherwise. Her pinned comment going off on her stans wasn't taken well, many of her loyal fans saw just how nasty & passive aggressive she can be. She's losing her subs daily....
Facts. She would have been better off not saying anything and just complaining to Yar and Bruno about it.
Rebuilding, she has shown over and over who she is.At this point those people supporting her are at fault. They are supporting a scammer.imo.She will be demonitized. The terms and conditions for channel hosts are going to change. Google/ CZcams cant ignore self harming, dangerous channels. They as i say often have a duty of care.Any sponsors who affiliate with Alexandra Rodriguez are also responsible for her fraudulence imo.2024 is going to be very interesting.
@@angeliqueinhawaii Her followers have no real power. Its CZcams/ Google who are responsible for unleashing this dangerous channel on the public. However, the lack of income due to canceled or no sponsorship will be the downfall. Alex lives beyond her means by what we see.Quite interesting considering her husband is "an accountant ". She cant live to those means on a job in the real world because she has no qualifications, skills or talent. She may as well be living in a pit house in my opinion. Its all going to sink from under her. But,she isn't listening to anyone because she thinks she knows everything. When infact she knows very little.
Omg I didn’t know Alexandra did that lip smacking thing at 18:17 like ALR does 😂 it makes me irrationally annoyed
She does it every time she tries ANYTHING! It is so fake to me.
If she doesn’t have pcos or other hormonal issues then I don’t know why she wouldn’t suck it up and go to a fertility doctor. Perhaps it’s hubby and he doesn’t believe if fertility intervention from a doctor…. Just weird if she wants a baby soooooo badly!
She won’t because if he suggests IVF think you need to be under a certain BMI. She does not want to diet even if increases her chances.
Chin acne is often a sign of hormonal issues and cheek acne is sign of diet & liver issues.
Any doctor worth his oath would tell her she needs to lose weight. Then offcourse we have " yasss queen " doctor? Shes just ridiculous.
Woah she must've been eating a lot of dairy before this if she needs THAT many substitutes. Also she def needs to do this more than 2 weeks to really give it a good chance.
Her plate 🤔 isn’t that too much food?
No, looks fine to me. She shouldn't be focusing on reducing calories while testing for dairy sensitivity anyway.

True lime is just crystallized lime juice. It’s clean and good. Also have orange, lemon and grapefruit packets.
Maybe the cartoon she was thinking of is Meg Griffin 😂 just add a pink hat and her giant glasses. I also wonder if her acne could be because she doesn't wash her hair enough. I chopped mine off and whatever acne I had seems to have gone away. And I washed my hair normally and didn't let it get as greasy as Alex's but maybe it could be a reason.
She wears way too much makeup. It's always the same look so boring. I usually skip it.
She had her Gastric Bypass about a week after me, and I can drink a soda, freshly opened, with ice, through a straw with no problem as well. I just don't take big drinks. I'm still over 160 lbs down. Everyone is different. 🤷🏾♀️
I have to go back and rewatch her grocery delivery. Where was the meat or fish (other than the canned tuna?) Why no eggs? Where were the beans she said she wanted to eat or vegetables like onions, carrots and celery to use for soups or sauce? One package of frozen broccoli tells me she really dislikes vegetables and doesn 't include them in her daily diet. I wish she would watch some of Abbey Sharp's Kitchen videos for the past year for some fresh ideas about meal planning. Abbey profiles some celebrity diets which I would think Alex would enjoy watching and also discusses bad diet advice and trends with a fairly light touch and a sense of humor.
Ok, rewatched the groceries. Sad she doesn't seem to know or care that including cauliflower, cabbage, avocados, green and red peppers, mushrooms and leafy greens would be a great addition to her diet and could provide some of the nutrients and antioxidants she is missing. She had multiple bags of chips but gets angry that people point it it's not the best for her or her skin. Alex should find a dietician to help her and write down her meals for a week for them to review, not just spend time on line reading random people's product reviews on processed food products, vegan or not.
@@karilnowak7962 She doesn't care about nutrition. She's addicted to junk food and she has no intention of changing that...even gastric bypass surgery couldn't make her change that. This healthy eating charade is just a way to shut people up and distract them from constantly commenting on her bad eating habits and all of the junk she eats.
By the way, I was vegan for a year, quite a few years ago, and realized that at that time I didn't have enough food and nutrition knowledge to do this successfully. Not saying you can't, just that I was a college student at the time and I couldn't. Now I have learned a lot more, not vegan, but eat predominantly vegetables and beans and legeums, nuts and seeds and eggs, with some animal protein on occasion and salmon. (maybe 100 grams of carbs a day or less, not really keto, just low carb.) I am fascinated by food and what it does and how it helps prevent illness or help you recover from dietary related illnesses. There is so much to learn and understand about how the body is intended to function and how minerals and omega threes and vitamin D and vitamin B and magnesium works in coordination with all these elements to prevent so many physical and even mental complaints and distress.
I guess many people may not be interested in the things I am, but I wish better health on everyone.
so much “research” but didn’t know mayo was dairy free
Hi momma goob
My kid has been out of school (snow days) for FOUR consecutive days this week! MLK Jr day turned into MLK Jr week. I'm in WNY and am currently looking at total white out conditions and at least 3 feet of snow. I don't mind the snow but it won't stop!
😱
She has the money to get really good vegan cheese like Field Roast Chao. Vegenaise is excellent eggless mayo but Hellman's is cheaper and quite good now for us lesser mortals. But she can afford Vegenaise and also can try the smoked vegan cheeses Follow Your Heart makes.
But the vegan cheeses have practically no nutritional value other than any oils in them and she needs to realize that and not depend on them for anything but taste. I use them to keep me away from allergenic dairy but not a lot.
Nutritional yeast plus ground nuts and seeds can be used like Parmesan. Does not taste like Parmesan to me but has its own good taste (Parma! is a good commercial brand but home recipes are all over the net). Has some real nutrition also (nutritional yeast, ground walnuts and sunflower seeds and hemp seeds and salt) and can be used on veg and pasta and sandwiches and soup etc.
She also can afford the high quality commercial vegan protein foods with no trouble, but they aren't necessary if you eat beans and tofu and nuts and seeds and grains and veg and fruit etc.But if she is dying for prefab meals, Amy's and Sweet Earth and Gardein and the Tattooed Chef etc. have a lot of options that are dairy-free and egg-free and so wouldn't interfere with her dairy test.
In other words, she can eat simply on her test diet with no trouble, but she can afford high quality commercial products to get her prefab food fix as well.
Whole 30? Alex? I don't think so!
i am really curious what a day in the hubby's life is like. i don't wear make up. i've worn it a handful of times in my entire marriage. what's it like waking up to this person with no make up on, everyday. what's it like to have a bathroom full of skin products and cosmetics and like...wade through it to do your guy routine every day. can't imagine it.
If I were him I would use another bathroom. Sure since it’s a 4 bedroom house they have another bathroom.
It's a 5 bedroom house if you count her office. I'm guessing that he does use a different bathroom, she's still buying him Dude Wipes in most of her Target hauls...they have a bidet in the master bathroom. (Weird she never mentions that, hmmm) At HER last house, he had his own bathroom too.
He has a bunch of skin products, grooming products, contact products, shaving stuff, etc too. He's into expensive men's product lines. Pretty sure he uses a different bathrooom, when she's filming in the master bath I never see shaving stuff or any male stuff sitting out at all.
She eats alot of vegan snacks , but is still overweight.
Vegan still has calories.
Whole 30 was a good experience for me. I lost 8 pounds the month I did it, and I felt great! Her processed food addiction is disturbing.
I have to admit - a Diet Coke with lemon or lime tastes great. I don’t drink pop every day, but this is my “go to drink” for happy hours with friends since I don’t drink alcohol.
As for her acne - sure, getting rid of dairy may help. It’s been shown to help. However, there are medicated foundations out there made to help heal acne, and with the severity of her acne, she needs medical intervention. She’s probably not seeing a physician for this because they’ll tell her the truth that her excess fat is also contributing to her acne. Fat cells are very active, and too many cause a lot of skin and hormonal issue.
If she wants to clear up her skin maybe she should go without makeup for a while too and thoroughly clean all those brush things she uses. I don’t wear makeup myself because it breaks me out and I hate the way it feels on my face and smells.
Exactly, she pounds the makeup into that acne, she needs to let her skin breathe.
She would drive me crazy, she sounds like she had too much coffee. Oh my goodness.
Agree w/ you completely about all the ultra processed stuff she consumes. Also, the carbonation + straws, nope. I still don't, 20 yrs later. :)
i love miracle whip sometimes but have you tried kewpie mayo? it’s so good
This is a simple makeup routine. Your kidding me right.
A tomato pie work mushrooms onions peppers n maybe a sprinkle of nutritional yeast.
Soy is a phytoestrogen. Actually better for women and women with hormonal changes. I don’t drink soy milk but eat tofu. It’s 💯 her diet! She’s a picker. I can see it. She’s falling into the plant based ultra processed foods. I’m not a fan of the fake cheese and mock meats. We’ve all been there. I eat mostly low carb and SF. If she was a nicer person & not a grifter I’d tell her directly… but alas…
I wanted to lose 15lbs. I cut out anything processed or with additives and preservatives. I follow a Mediterranean diet. Bc I have RA, sugar and dairy are out. I've achieved remission
She deserves to be called out even if she suffers another miscarriage
Hey people I live in Australia, could someone in America explain why they use creamer with Coffee, please?
I watched her wedding video recently and her skin was actually flawless, no acne.
She seems excessively hyper and might have alot of anxiety. She has a compulsive personality. Probably drives her husband crazy. Excessively talking a mile a minute.
Coffeemate is non-dairy, so she should be okay.
She is so hyper she would drive me crazy.
Read food labels. Don’t eat any food that has bio-engineered ingredients.
Not enough time to have adequate studies on the long term effects of bio engineered foods. Bio engineered foods are banned in many countries. Not the US of course.
Meat less imitation foods are scary as hell. If you look at the ingredients and find out what the ingredients actually are, you will run far and fast from it.
She doesn’t live very far away from some very good, small butcher shops. Quality, local meats that are truly grass fed with zero drugs used for growth are available to her.
I don’t like meat of any kind, just my taste buds. But I get local, fresh eggs. The taste and quality of the eggs are night and day when compared to store bought. She should start there and stop buying food that always come in plastic.
As to her skin issues, bathing doesn’t appear to be a daily activity for her, so add in those nasty, crusty, bacteria ridden brushes and sponges, is there really any question as to why she’s got acne????
You really need to find better food sources if you think all meatless commercial protein foods are all scary. Really, I read labels very carefully and there are many today that are not at all scary. You just have to look for them, their number is increasing because the demand for them is increasing.
@@jwoolman5 I am glad you found safe meatless alternatives. The majority of the meatless alternatives are absolutely full of chemicals, not food sources. I will agree that there are some plant based alternatives that are ok, but that’s not appealing to people like Alex. She buys the garbage that tastes like chicky nuggies…. But the synthetic chemicals make it taste like that. For AR’s health she should eat local and organic foods especially since she’s trying to get pregnant.
And if a demand for something increases, doesn’t mean it’s a ok. If a demand for something increases, it’s even more reason to investigate it. It’s usually better not to get swept up in the crowd.
The quality of her food is awful. She may be paying top dollar for her Whole Foods hauls, but it’s overpriced imitation ingredients. They cater to people like her.
- I really think you haven't kept up with the options available today. I've been eating vegan for 50 years and the options have expanded considerably just in the past ten years. It is not difficult to find vegan-friendly commercial protein sources today with good ingredients. They are readily available in stores like Kroger now. Really, it's changed over the last 50 years.
She is all hyped up on caffeine or something else.
This content is so boring and pointless. Those who have satisfying lives of their own, don’t waste time bashing innocent people for clicks. Lame. 😂 😂😂
Thank you for watching! I appreciate it
12:12 😮😅
We are all perfect right? 😂
Why yes, I am 😂😂😂
I think this video is very telling of her usual diet. She says that she wanted to get a few dairy free swaps for her typical diet…she can’t even go two weeks without ranch, queso, and Mac and cheese?
Washing a coke can? Dressing on salad? I mean.....really? Lol
Maybe just maybe her break outs are from too much makeup. Your skin needs to breathe.
She touches her skin too much. Leave the makeup off for awhile to let your skin breathe.
Plant based is not that tasty.
She should be thin eating all that vegan stuff.
I eat organic dog treats because they're so low calorie. All I Carr about in life is seeing my ribs and not getting fat bc I spent thousand on !luxury dresses

You will never lose weight!
Is she speeding?🌈🦄🕊️
Seems like most of the reaction channels speed up her videos a bit which makes her sound manic and speedy.
@@tdublakeoTrue. I prefer her sped up because she drags everything out. Some fast forward through her long talks I appreciate that too. Alex has been extra manic this year. Her idol Trisha Patas just had her gender reveal for her second baby.
A lot of reactors speed up the videos to prevent getting flagged for false copyright strikes, as well as to help the video move along.
