    You have the best personality, Amber. You are very relatable.
    I would like to see you do a series from the WW recipe app or from a Skinnytaste cookbook...or even from viewer recipe suggestions.
    I watch CZcamsrs for inspiration and ideas. You all have collectively solved my "What's for Dinner?" conundrum.

      Thank you so much 😊 I tried some of the ww app recipes in the beginning and they were mostly just ok. I should try some again though. Who knew the hardest part of being an adult is deciding what to eat ALL THE TIME! 😂 I feel like we should’ve been warned.

    Have you tried overnight oats? It’s a delicious and convenient way to have oats in the morning. You can eat it cold or warm it up.

      I use to eat it all the time and I got tired of it. It’s been long enough that I could probably eat it now. Do you have a good low point recipe?

    Your egg and shredded potato bowls looked so good. Did you have to cook the shredded potatoes on the stove or are they just microwaveable? Thanks and I love your food ideas :-)

      I cooked then on the stove. I saw someone microwave them but I didn’t pay attention to how long because I don’t cook much in the microwave 🫣

    Genius using chicken strips with the rice & sauce! Chinese type food without messing with raw chicken. Some times I make things to difficult!!!

    Can you please tell me more about ovasitol??

      It is a form of inositol. There are 2 forms of inositol and Ovasitol has them in the ratio naturally occurring in your body. Studies have shown that it can help regulate insulin response and insulin resistance. It’s great for women with PCOS.

    I think our obsession with cooking and food prepping is leading to our obesity and food addiction. I say eat when your hungry and if that is a Sammy than that is what is..

      I think that can be true if you are forcing yourself to eat when you are not hungry because you have something prepped. I don’t think having things you like prepped and ready to go for when you do get hungry is a problem. I need variety in my food or I get bored.

      I damn sure didn’t get fat from cooking and meal prepping. Quite the contrary, I got fat from not having healthy meals easily on hand and thus reaching for junk food / fast food instead.

      I think this is very individual. I work 12 hr night shifts 3 nights in a row, if I don’t prep my food I will end up in the drive thru those days.:) prepping helps me a lot, I don’t necessarily need to do it days I’m not working though.
