    Does weight watchers do the life time reward? Thats when reach your goal and keep it of for a while the don't have to pay the fee ever again unless you gain weight and then you pay until you lose it again.

    How much are you losing in a week with this program? I'm putting myself back on the 123 success program. I'm jealous of all your free foods but I read that your program helps you lose 0.7 pounds per week. I'm really not interested in having a loss of 40 taking a year. That isn't a quick enough that makes worth it to me. Is it worth it?

    We have same counters and much as I like the looks, I HATE HATE them. Reason is because you wash the counters but you have to run your hands over to feel if you missed any. Enjoy watching you

    I love these ideas, even though Im retired and not having to pack a lunch. Being on a fixed income you are more careful about heating up the kitchen in the summer when it is sooo hot. Definitely No to hot soup. I think its like drinking hot coffee when its 100 plus degrees just doesnt sound appealing to me. However, My Mother used to drink hot coffee in the summer, when I asked her how she could drink it she would say it cools me off. we are all different and that is what makes us great! These dishes are great for hot summer days. Sometimes I want more than just a salad or a cold sandwich. I think your ideas will be so helpful to stay on track and stay cool too! This was so helpful to me

    I season and steam chicken or turkey strips mostly with lemon pepper , but any seasoning would work. It turns out moist and yummy! Very low points. Oh, they're also skinless and fat removed. They used to have individually wrapped 3 oz turkey breast at Schwan's with is now Yellow, but they discontinued them. So sad I loved them.

    I think your channel is great. Now, this will date me as being ancient, but you weren't even born the first time I did Weight Watchers! I've been on again off again on Weight Watchers since 1970 when I was a (much) younger woman. Back then, the diet was super strict. There weren''t any points, they told you exactly what you were allowed to eat and how much. If you wanted cookies, you made the Weight Watchers version of a cookie: you used some of your allotted powdered milk and grated an apple and mixed it up with some cinnamon , then baked it. Um, not so yum! So Weight Watchers has changed so many times over the years. With each version of it, I've lost weight, then eventually gained it back by getting lazy. Now I'm about to start it again. Maybe the 50th time is the charm LOL! :)

    I’m sad I just cannot drink that coffee mate. Or any of 5he zero sugar. It tastes horrible to me. I have a big problem with artificial sweeteners. They don’t bother hubby. I guess I’ll just have to stick to half and half and take the points.

    girl measuring out 1 or 2 grams less of a serving of sour cream and potatoes so the weight watchers algorithm rounds it down to 1 point instead of 2 is cheating the system! always trying to max out the amount of food you can eat is the kind of mindset that causes you to stay overweight. you are describing scarcity mindset to a T (feeling to need to have as much as possible) instead of abundance mindset (there is plenty of food, i'll eat some and if im still hungry i can have more). your way of thinking is so wrong to recommend to others!

    Years ago, when I first started the ww 123 success points plan, Schwan's had individually wrapped turkey breast slices. I would steam and season it with whatever seasoning I felt like. It was my favorite. However, Schwan's discontinued it. I wish they'd bring it back. It was the best! 😢

    Amber, I'm really enjoying your videos. I want to comment on my experience of WW points vs calories. Before coming back to WW (I was trying to save money) I was trying to lose weight by counting calories instead. I was eating 1200-1400 calories a day and couldn't understand why I continued to gain weight. Giving in and re-joining WW, after tracking the first week, I realized why i was gaining weight on those 1200-1400 calories a day. Some days those calories were actually 2 days of points or more for me! I realized that some of the foods I ate even though only 300 calories, were actually 19 WW points! I was aghast to see that between 2 items I ate one day, even though they totaled 900 calories, they were actually 48 WW points! OMG! Now, the 1200-1400 calories that I'm eating equal my 23 WW points and I'm finally losing weight. And yes, for me, because of medical conditions and the inability to move a lot, 1200 -1400 calories a day are enough for me as per several professionals. So I'm thrilled that once again WW is helping me to lose weight. And along with eating the right foods now, WW is teaching me so many more valuable lessons along with how to change my mindset.

    I have a question for you? Can hello fresh calorie smart/ low carb be incorporated into weight watchers?My husband is a diabetic and also had a liver transplant last year. There are things he cannot have on the transplant side everything has to be cooked ( not veggies) lunch meat etc. on the diabetes side lower carb of course. Let me tell you this has been a challenge. I have cooked and love to all my life but I’m trying to figure this out. I live in AZ and the summers are brutal.
