Girl, it is so good to hear you say what you said about the olive oil. It really scares me when I see someone using extra virgin olive oil on high heat. I buy olive oil for sauteing and roasting, and use avocado oil for real high heating roasting. I patiently wait for your videos and have gone back to the very beginning of your journey the healthy part and you're down to earth approach is so relaxing. I can trust you and have shared you with many. Keep up your good work. Your videos, I am sure, are helping many on their weight loss journey as well.
Thank you for sharing your recipes! I've made a few. I haven't incorporated other meat aside from shrimp and chicken (since January) and I'm missing other meat. Gonna try to make this. I'll use the popular Lavash bread and FF cheese and calculate the points.
Years ago I saw a doctor that said that if women would eat just one mushroom every single day it would greatly reduce their risk of getting breast cancer. On the air fried broccoli you made, was that frozen broccoli or fresh? Or would the air fry time be the same? I've never done broccoli in the air fryer.
I normally use frozen. If I use fresh I buy the kind I can microwave and do it for half the time it says and then finish it in the airfryer. That’s crazy about the mushrooms!
Speaking of mushrooms, and, you work in the produce depth, which mushrooms keep the longest in the fridge? I am handicapped and can't run to the grocery store to get a last minute vegie for a dish. I live alone and don't meal plan, I just cook what I am in the mood for at that time. But I DO love mushrooms and prefer fresh over canned. Tia
Mushrooms are kind of tricky. I would buy a whole mushroom (not already cut) and look on the package for the longest sell by date. I’ve had some go bad in 2 days and some be fine for over a week. I think they are just little divas.
@@amsinprogress I've used them in my chili and in my spaghetti sauce and they work good. I will try them in a stir fry when I get my grocery delivery next week.
Everything looked yummy
It was 😋
Thank you for this video!
Thanks for watching 🥰
I tried to yogurt, whipped cream, pudding dessert. My version is 3 points. It is very creamy and luxurious and delicious. Thank you.
I’m glad you like it

Let me know how it turns out!
Looks good!
Maybe if I chop up the mushrooms really tiny like you, I’d like them better!🤪 recipe looks good!
I couldn’t taste them in this recipe but I like mushrooms so I’m probably biased. Lol
