- Breakfast:
1 low carb wrap
2 tbsp pb powder mixed with water
1 tsp chia seeds
Banana
2/3 c cottage cheese
Snack: Dannon light and fit toasted coconut and vanilla yogurt with berries
Lunch: cmx.weightwatc...
5 oz Tuna in water, drained
61 gm avocado
Garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 tbsp mustard
3 tbsp red onion, diced
Optional* diced pickled jalapeno
I ate mine on toasted Ezekiel bread with hippeas white cheddar chickpea chips
Pre dinner snack: grapes
Dinner:
Chicken coated in house-autry garlic Parmesan
Bushs zero sugar baked beans
Roasted carrots and green beans
Dessert:
Decaf coffee and 2 Alyssa’s oatmeal bites

I know how you feel I have worked retail/shopping store before, they work you. Your body so feels it after. Thanks for great recipe ideas. I’m going to make green beans tonight and have avocado and tuna for next week’s lunch. I will be looking for the beans in my store here. I have seen the commercial for them. Best wishes

@amsinprogress I used to want to eat different stuff but it is so smart and so easy to find something that works and eat that for a little while.
I made the tuna and avocado not as much. Just used one 2.5 bag, 1/2 avocado, regular onions that I put in my chopper, i used a couple of bread and butter pickles and a little less mustard. I put mine on 1 of those sandwich thins. This was so good I didn’t even miss the mayo/miracle whip. I ate the rest plain. I did put my green beans in the oven as well, yum I just did 350 and just kept tasting them. I didn’t hear what you cooked yours on. I bought the zero sugar bean’s but haven’t tried them yet. I didn’t buy puffs yet forgot about them my last grocery trip.

I am finding that if I have prewashed veggies prepared in the fridge, I will reach for them! You suggested doing that and putting them at eye level. Thanks for that tip. Bush's beans are so good! I saw the zero sugar one! I will have to try it! I try to get a lot of protein, but am more focused on points and staying in budget with that. One thing at a time! Enjoy a good well deserved sleep

I meal prep sometimes. I have a hard time eating the same thing everyday so I’ve learned to do mini preps. Lol

Great video! I’ve been a funk for a bit now with my weight loss. It feels like one step forward, three steps back. Do you have any recommendations for getting over that diet hump?
I’ve been in one myself. I think there has to be a balance of grace and tough love. I’m trying to find it. lol. I have really prioritized zero point foods. I won’t let myself be hungry because I won’t stick to it, but instead of reaching for high point low nutrient dense foods I’m picking fruit and popcorn. I don’t feel deprived so it working. But I have to give myself that tough love when all I want to do is down a bag of chips. As long as we don’t give up, we are doing good.
I get those beans almost every week, I love them 😂

I found those zero baked beans in a super large can for 1.25 at dollar tree when I was getting a bday card and balloons -Never know what you'll find in that place 🙃

I had one from Simple Living and it was great for years before it died. I now just have an HEB one. That’s all I’ve used. My sister has a ninja one that has a bunch of functions and she like it.

At HEB in the bakery. I’ve see. People that didn’t live in TX have them too so I’m sure they are at other locations. I saw a copycat recipe for them that I want to try. Hopefully they will be good and we can save some money because those things are not cheap!
How are the chickpea puffs?? I have seen them in the stores here but weary of buying them, wondering about the taste.
