I used this some, seems like it helps some but limited, I thinking smoking and and oil leak is from you over filling it, you just dump the bottle in and 2 quarts of oil without checking the level, and recheck the compression ether.
I just got a bottle of this for my 1992 Oldsmobile Royale 88 LS. Two of the cylinders have like half compression from what I was told. Now I'm wondering on even adding it
Another guy on here had problems with restore but then figured out it was because he was using synthetic oil even though it states on the bottle that its safe to use with synthetic. He Switched to conventional oil and the stuff worked.
I used conventional oil. It's so thick, my oil pressure dropped extremely low.
@@time2hondaI used this on my Ram Promaster when cylinder 3 had low compression. It did the job.. so I’m not sure if it’s different from make to make
Edit: Promaster City. 4 cylinder.
Hey i used this on my 2 vehicles a nissan tiida and a suzuki grand vitara which had a slight bearing knock i have not had any issues in fact the bearing noise actually stopped so it really works..
I used this i was smart enough too not over fill my engine with oil over the max limit all ways drain 1 quart of oil out first 🤣lke that stuff dose work
..but dumb enough to think it fixed your problem?
Head gasket leaking
Smoked because you over filled it.
I have used this on numerous vehicles with no issues. It has to be usere error. I mixed it with only high quality oil amsoil or valvoline.
It works on cylinder walls, if you're compression issue is a valve then no it won't work.
You dumped oil in without knowing how much was there first. Thats your smoking issue.
