This was my second workout after not working out for quite some time and it was just perfect! I feel my muscles but not like I am not able to walk anymore, which is the best feeling!

Loved this one! I didn't break a sweat but you can feel the burn and know its working! I save this work out when I can't handle a high intensity but still want to get my heart rate up and feel accomplished
