How many days to see results will be based on how you often do the workout routine, along with your diet. Other factors will include like age, height, current weight, gender and how your body will react to the workout. Just keep exercising until you see results. You won't see these results in a quick amount of time. Ideally, if you do it right, you will see results within 3-4 weeks of continuous routine. Good luck!💪
