Things I wish I knew before my kids started puberty...
Syncing up with my daughter ain't that bad. We just acknowledge that each other might be cranky or in pain lol. We understand each other. Just make sure you explain things before they happen so they won't be scared or confused when it does.
Boys might come to mom when their bodies do things they didn't expect to happen. My son came to me to tell me it moved on its own and I directed him to his dad so fast!!! Like SON...I don't even have one!!! lol.
Sometimes they like to pretend they don't stink.

OMG thank you for talking about the short king!!! I am 5’4”, my hubs of 28 yrs is 5’5” & 1/2! I was drawn to him because of his CONFIDENCE and brains. I dont wear heels though. I wish the tall man thing wasn’t such a thing! I am actually attracted to shorter CONFIDENT men! Kevin Hart, Kirk Franklin, etc. Women are missing out by leaving out their short kings!

My preference most of all are asian men and the one time i've seen a 6' man, he scared the living shit outta me just walking towards my direction (WHY DO PPL EVEN WANT THAT MUCH HEIGHT???) bcoz i guess im just not used to ppl of that size. The most i can accept are ppl in 180cm ish and thats it

Bro, I'm 5'4" and my dad is the same height.
At your age, he was THE ladies man. From what I could tell, he has always been respected by other men. I'm nowhere near as charismatic as him, but at your age, I was going through a phase where I was unusually effervescent, and had women jockeying for position to get chosen by me. Luckily, I was in a good state of mind at the time and didn't even attempt to take advantage of them.
I have a beautiful, good woman I'm with now, she's not the first, and if things go left, she wouldn't be the last if I decided to put myself back out there.
I command respect from my coworkers, and men in the street.
I've always been short, and held out hope I'd be a little taller up until high school, but once I realized it wasn't happening, I didn't feel too pressed about it.
I grew up with a cousin that's now 6'9" and hung out with my older cousins 10+ years older than me as a kid, so I was often the smallest one, but it never bothered me much.
All that stuff you're feeling is understandable, but pointless. There will always be a woman that won't want you (will Smith) but there will always be plenty that will.
People will respect you for who you are, not how tall you are.
There's literally nothing in this world that your height can keep you from.
Went to school with a guy my height that could dunk.
You're only limited by your own imagination, and effort, so take those imaginary handcuffs off of yourself.
We have 4 kids, 1 boy and 3 girls. Ages 16 (boy), 14, 9 and 3. We make sure to eat dinner together when we can (the 16 year old is now working, so this has been more challenging). We have family day every Sunday. We have so much fun watching movies, learning/reading scripture, cooking good food and playing games. We have a great time!! Our son really loves to hang out with his old parents (we're 37 lol) more so than our 14 year old, so we're enjoing every minute of it as we know this can change at the snap of a finger.
Honestly, my husband and I were just saying that we were not prepared for anything that we've experienced within the last month! 😩 One thing I can tell you, is to really be aware of who their friends are. Really get to know their friends and their parents. It helps to build relationships with the parents to be able to communicate about things that need to be addressed.
I wish I had more tidbits. I'm still learning, painfully leanring at times, too lol. Much love from AZ!

It’s one of his ways to never get comfortable and always stay working). Let’s consider this the “standard”… You doing 2-3 beats a week isn’t enough. I’d increase the volume tremendously. Do the beats in your spare time- Men don’t have the luxury of not bringing in money especially when they’re married. Best of luck to you!

I dated a guy who was sooo tall. I mean, over 6 feet. Had to be like 6’5” and I ended it after 2 dates. I felt like a child compared to him. It was very uncomfortable!
The writer is 5’8”?? That’s not bad at all. He’s somewhat shorter but he’s probably more insecure about it than other people notice. Maybe bulking up or gaining muscle would help?? Idk my husband is maybe 5’8” or so, I’m 5’2”. I wouldn’t want someone taller and don’t consider him short.
Im 4'11 3/4 so i round up to 5 ft 😅. When i was dating I dated tall, short and in between. It was always based on personality, not height. Hubby is 5'9 and its perfect.
My boys are 14 and 12 and puberty hit us hard when my oldest started going through it. He wa sweet one day and a bear another day. Add my hormones on top of it, and some days were very hard. The one thing my husband kept telling me was to have patience and try to understand that he was going through a lot of changes. Its gotten better just in time for my 12 year old to go through it ❤
I'm 5'6.5 . I love 5'7,8,9. It works better for eye contact, kissing & sex logistics.

Syncing cycles has never been that bad in my family. Creating a safe space for your daughter during her moon cycle can keep things peaceful. And talking about what both your needs are during your cycle would help a lot. It’s a special time to go within. It can be calm & good with proper communication and understanding. Definitely not bad.

I'm a semi tall woman and being with a shorter guy was just not a vibe (insecurities crept in). Even if all the boxes were ticked, just not a vibe hey. I've always wanted a guy that's either my height or a bit taller.

This is no help to you whatsoever lol but I felt like sharing- my mom had me when she was 37 so by the time I started getting my period in middle school, shortly after she started experiencing menopause so luckily we never had to deal with syncing up periods 😂

@@ItsBrittany. some may but as a general standard there are only 4 weeks in a month so the likelihood of folks having a period at the same or very close time in the same house is not uncommon. Most that do don’t have the exact same window of time because a simple thing like stress among other things can move the dates.
