DIY - Swap Your Harley Sportster Headlight To A RETRO Style One!

In this video, I show you how to install a new rectangle headlight on my Harley Davidson Sportster. This is a simple and cheap mod that gives the bike an old school chopper look.👌
To install the new headlight on the motorbike, I had to make a custom stainless steel bracket because the new light is bottom mounted instead of top mounted like the stock headlight. I show you how to measure, cut, bend, and drill the bracket using basic tools and materials.🔧
The new headlight fits perfectly on the bracket and looks awesome on the bike. It also works well and provides enough light for night riding.💡

Very cool, what type of metal did you use? I’m assuming stainless but the measurements thickness, etc..

It was 3mm stainless steel, I don’t remember all the exact measurements off the top of my head, but they should all be in the video though.
