If I have a dual cable throttle housing on my 05 Sportster, do I need to install another dual cable control or can I go to a single cable model? Thank you
Did you put a brake light switch on the front brake?I have a chopper with no switch housings I would like the brake light to come on when I apply the front brake how do you put a switch in with no switch housing.
We did not put a brake light switch on the front brake of our Sportster chopper, we are just running our brake light off our rear brake switch. The hand controls we installed don't have the switch housings either.
Mike, you can install a hydraulic switch in a custom brake line if you're so inclined and need it for state inspection. The T fitting will actually bolt right up to the 1/4 -20 bolt under the lower triple tree. The T fittings I use have a -3 male on either end for a braided steel line, and a 1/8th. N.P.T. female for the light switch. Careful running the wires as you know the forks need to be able to turn left and right without pinching them. I hope this helps. T.S. RACING
Goodridge makes a brake light switch banjo bolt. This I have also used several times before. Of course both of these take away from the cleanliness of build, buy either will allow you to run those cool Throttle Addiction levers. T.S. RACING

There is no brake light switch built into the aftermarket hand controls we're using so we're only running our brake light from our rear brake.

When you shorten the clutch outter sheeth you are ADDING SLACK, not taking it out. Your welcome
