    They also say that sleeping 6 hours or less will take years off your life. That’s pretty much the consensus of sleep studies

    Zac I’m 43 years old and I’m a very regimented guy too but sleep is the one area that is lacking in my life. Thanks for this video. I just subscribed to your channel today after I watched your Wyoming mule deer hunt. I live in the wind rivers and am just starting to archery hunt. One thing I want to know from married man to married man is, how did your wife adjust to your sleep and wake schedule?

    I literally gave my wife this same lecture/talk about a week ago. I mean the same exact talk, from the missing out on life when you are sleeping. To the schedule being consistent every day. Well put man, I live this same way and agree 100%. I’m not sure why, lol, but for some reason I respect you more for this piece of content.

    Dude, I do the same thing! I thought I was crazy till I heard a buddy of mine who is crazy successful does the same thing. Then I heard Trump does the same thing! Now you and I do the same thing. Crazy! I love life....why sleep it away? Get up, love life, get going!

    I wish i could do that. I pull 24 to 36 hour days about 3 to 4 times a month. I am always on the road. I turned 40 last year and its getting harder and harder. I do seem to wake up at the 6 hour mark almost every time I sleep. But when I crash I crash for like 10 hours.

      I was built for it. Ive done it for years. Keeps me ahead of the comoetition. Food is the hardest thing to do. I love keto but on the road is so hard to do it.

    Totally agree I’ve been doing this now for few months and not only is my body becoming more efficient I find that I’m extremely productive in those hours where I’m not interrupted. Keep pounding away Zac glad you’re back

    Also fully agree cause i feel more body rested in 6 hours then i do in 8 you think it be the other way but it isn't im only 25 too but ive always had a early morning job so may come a little easier idk.
