Appreciate the Content man, always very informative. Interesting how you mentioned the Slow steady pace is what works for you, referring to consistency week to week, I've been running treadmill, typically 3 miles in 30 minutes 6 days a week. I find it very difficult at times especially after I train legs...with soreness the day after etc. I would be curious to know how you gage what is too much cardio if your goal is to build and maintain lean muscle? LiftRunHunt thanks buddy!!! Trial and error man. Everyone is different. For me, slow steady cardio flushes the acid and soreness from my legs so I feel it aids recovery!
